自修复混凝土系统的研究进展
State-of-the-art for self-healing concrete
【摘要】 基于仿生学原理研发的自修复混凝土系统能提高混凝土结构性能,可对混凝土结构中微损伤部位进行定位和即时修复.对仿生自修复混凝土技术的研究现状做了系统描述,对比分析不同类型的自修复方法,包括形状记忆合金、空芯光纤和空芯纤维、微胶囊及微生物等的修复特点和技术利弊,阐述自修复混凝土中的关键问题,包括容器的选择、胶黏剂的选择和优化、自修复混凝土的制备工艺和自修复性能的多指标表征等.
【Abstract】 Self-healing concrete is a smart novel building material,which can immediately locate and renovate the fine damage of the concrete structure based on the bionic principle. In this paper,state-of-the-art self-healing concrete is represented systematically. Meanwhile, the advantage and disadvantage for different self-healing technologies is analyzed in comparison,including self-healing methods using Shape Memory Alloy,hollow-core fiber,microcapsule,and microbe. Further,the key problems in the self-healing concrete system is discussed and stated,including the selection of the self-healing container,optimization of the self-healing agent,the preparation of the technology of self-healing concrete,and the multi-index evaluation of the self-healing effectiveness. The effective solutions for the above problems will provide a valuable reference for the follow-up study on the self-healing concrete system.
