岩石钻粉制备注浆材料特性研究

【摘要】 针对煤矿井下岩石钻粉处理难和注浆加固材料使用成本高的现状,以穿层钻孔施工时产生的岩石钻粉为主要原料,配以普通硅酸盐水泥和少量添加剂,制备出具有良好性能的新型注浆加固复合材料。研究了不同龄期、不同岩石钻粉掺量对复合材料的力学强度和孔隙结构的影响,通过红外光谱(IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)对硬化过程的水化产物进行了分析。研究结果表明:复合材料的微观结构密实,水化产物与岩石钻粉结合紧密;岩石钻粉的掺入改善了复合材料的孔隙结构,使得孔隙率降低,骨架密度增大,结石率提高。

【Abstract】 Considering the current status that the rock cuttings is difficult to deal with and the high cost of reinforcement material in coal mines,a new composite material with good performance,mainly containing rock cuttings and ordinary portland cement,was developed. Some additives were also added. Effects of different ages and mass fraction of rock cuttings on mechanical strength and pore structure of new composite material were studied. And the hydration and hydration products of the composite material were analyzed by IR and SEM. Research results show that microstructure of the material is compact and its hydration products are integrated tightly with the rock cuttings. Incorporation of rock cuttings improve the pore structure of the composite material which makes the porosity reduced,the skeleton density and concretion rate increased.
