【Abstract】 There occurred an earthquake with Ms 6.3 in Dachaidan,Qinghai Province on Nov.10,2008.After then,the governments at all levels in Qinghai province took the earthquake seriously and immediately started the plans for emergency action.So,the emergency action responded fast,the measures were appropriate,the effects were obviously well.But in the seismological field survey,there also reflected that the routine work existed some problems which would be paid attention to and worth further reconsidering.更多还原
