【摘要】 如何通过管理创新,有效延长油藏寿命周期并发挥出最大效益,是各国油田企业普遍关注的问题。近年来,胜利油田孤岛采油厂结合实际,积极探索,创造性地开展工作,通过改进油藏经营管理方式,以油藏经营的理念为指导,以油藏经营的做法为手段,根据本单位的现状,探索出一套管理方式的新思路、新方法。本文在总结国内外研究成果的基础上,分析孤岛采油厂经营管理现状,剖析孤岛采油厂经营管理中存在的问题,确立采油厂油藏经营管理的模式;针对采油厂推行油藏经营管理的存在的问题,从管理体制、经营管理机制、评价体系、监督保障和配套体系等方面具体分析,提出解决对策,最后对采油厂油藏经营管理的应用状况进行评价,得出本文的结论。　本文的目的在于系统研究采油厂推行油藏经营管理的做法和经验,为油气生产阶段的油藏经营管理的实施探索出具体模式更多还原

【Abstract】 that prolong reservoir is an issue of universal concern in oil field enterprises life period and maximum yield economic returns by management innovation. Recent years, some creative work has been done by combined with practical and active exploration in Gudao Plant of Shengli Oil Field, new ideas and methods are developed based on plant’s actuality by improving reservoir operating management mode, guided by reservoir management philosophy and operation.The paper analyze the situation and problems of management in Gudao Plant based on summarizing studying results at home and abroad, and established the reservoir management mode according with Gudao Plant.The paper focused problems of operating reservoir management, and analyzed problems on management system, operating and managing mechanism, evaluation system, supervision safeguard and related system, then proposed strategy and evaluated the reservoir management application status of plant and derived the conclusions.The paper focused on researching methods and experience of operating reservoir management in plant systematically, and discover specific mode of reservoir management during oil and gas production.更多还原
