【摘要】 本研究依据《丹溪心法》中的玉屏风散和《伤寒论》中的白头翁汤,两者结合,按中兽医的辨证理论,制成了玉屏风散合白头翁汤的超微粉制剂。用体外抑菌试验确定最佳组方为玉屏白头超微粉,通过对肉雏鸡人工感染鸡大肠杆菌病的预防、治疗试验,确定了最佳拌料治疗剂量为0.50%,最佳饮水治疗量为0.25%;预防剂量为治疗剂量的一半。安全试验证明该药无害无副作用,符合安全用药要求;在最佳预防剂量下测定了其对肉鸡增重、免疫器官指数、体液免疫功能和细胞免疫功能的影响。研究证明,玉屏白头超微粉有抗菌消炎作用。出栏平均体重0.25%拌料用苗组比空白对照组提高9.31%;料重比0.25%拌料用苗组比空白对照组降低9.35%;成活率0.25%拌料用苗组比空白对照组高4.26%。玉屏白头超微粉有明显促进肉鸡免疫器官(胸腺、法氏囊、脾脏等)的生长发育;有促进B细胞免疫功能(即体液免疫)的作用,可显著提高和促进雏鸡接种NDIV系疫苗后产生的特异性免疫功能;玉屏白头超微粉对9日龄以前雏鸡的T细胞免疫功能(即细胞免疫)影响不大,而在10日龄以后,对T淋巴细胞免疫功能有显著的促进作用;玉屏白头超微粉有显著增强雏鸡RBC免疫粘附功能的作用。研究表明本组方对鸡大肠杆菌(E.coli)有显著的预防、治疗作用。使用该组方可减少投药量,提高增重率、成活率和饲料报酬。通过推广试验证明本组方具有高效、速效、长效、剂量小、副作用小、毒性小、使用方便等优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the differentiating zheng theory from the Chinese veterinary medicine, we chose the Yupingfengsan from the《DanXiMental cultivation methods》and Baitouwengtang from the《typhus fever discussion》to make into Yupingfengsan and Baitouwengtang super preparation in this study.We did the bacteriostasis experiment of the medicine in vitro and decided that the best group was the Yuping-Baitou super preparation. We first used enteropathogenic E.coli to be infected the flesh chicken by artifical conteracting toxic substances,then prevented and cured the chicken, so we determined the optimization therapeutic dose was 0.50% , driking therapeutic dose was 0.25%, and preventive dose was the half of therapeutic dose. The safety test had shown that this preparation was harmless and no adverse effect, and accorded with the requirement of safe medication; We measured this preparation influenced in the oven gain, immune organ index, humoral immune function, and celluar immune function of the flesh chicken.The test showed that Yuping-Baitou super preparation had the effectiveness of the antisepsis eliminatein flammation. This function was relevant to Baitouweng, Chinese goldthread rhizome, Amur corktee bark in the preparation. The researches proved the adding 0.25% group elevated 9.31%than the control group in the chicken mean weight, the adding 0.25% group decreased 9.35%than the control group in the chicken power weight ratio, and the adding 0.25% group improved 4.26% than the control group in the chicken survival rate. These results descripted that Yupingf- Baitou super preparation could promote the flesh chicken performance trait, decrease the flesh and power rate. Yuping-Baitou super preparation could significantly promote the growth development of the flesh chicken immuno organ(thymus, bursa of Fabricius, spleen); enhance the B celluar immune function, apparently increase and promote specific immunity after the chicken vaccined the NDIV vaccines; before the chicken were nine-old, Yupingfengsan and Baitouwengtang super preparation hardly influenced in the T celluar immune function. Until ten-old this preparation could notably improved T celluar immune function; this preparation could significantly reinforced RBC immune adherence of the little chicken. So Yupingfengsan and Baitouwengtang super preparation could improve specific immune function and non-specific immune function of the chicken by promoting the growth development of the chicken lymphatic organ, strengthing the humoral immune function and celluar immune function of the chicken.This experiment showed that: Yuping-Baitou super preparation had some significant effects in the preventing and curing the colibacillosis. The preparation could decrease the administration dosages, elevate the growth and survival rate, and increase the forage reward. Lots of extending test showed that this preparation had the some advantages in high performance, quick results, prolonged action, small doges, little adverse effect and expedite usage.更多还原
