疱疹颗粒治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的临床研究

【摘要】 目的:本课题旨在通过对疱疹颗粒治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的临床观察,观察其治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹的有效性。方法:将60例肝经郁热型带状疱疹患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例口服疱疹颗粒;对照组30例口服阿昔洛韦。两组均以7天为一个疗程,连用2个疗程后观察患者疼痛与皮损的改善程度。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,两组疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗后两组在改善疼痛、皮损疗效及中医症候疗效方面与治疗前比较均有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗后两组各症状积分比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),两组疱疹结痂、疼痛消失及用药时间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗组综合疗效优于对照组。结论:疱疹颗粒与阿昔洛韦对治疗肝经郁热型带状疱疹均有较好疗效,但前者优于后者,且无明显不良反应。
【Abstract】 Objective:This project aims to the treatment of liver of herpes zoster type heat, observe the clinical observation of the heat treatment of liver of herpes zoster.Methods:60 patients with liver meridian fermented type shingles patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases were treated oral herpes particles, 30 cases in oral acyclovir. Both groups in 7 days, for a period of 2 after treatment,and patients improved pain and lesions.Results:The total effective rate in treatment group than in control group, two groups of curative effect was significant difference (P<0.05). After treatment, the two groups in the effect and improve pain, TCM symptomatic lesions in comparison with the treatment effect significantly (P<0.05), after the symptom scores was significant difference (P<0.05), two groups of herpes scabby, pain and time with significant difference (P<0.05). Comprehensive effect in treatment group than in control group.Conclusion:Herpes particles and acyclovir by heat treatment of liver of herpes zoster has good curative effect, but the former is superior to the latter, with no obvious adverse reactions.
