南昌航空大学学生信息管理系统设计与实现

【摘要】 随着高校规模的不断扩大,学生数量急剧增加,有关学生的各种信息量也成倍增长,庞大学生信息的管理工作成了高校教学管理工作中的一项重要任务,一方面,假如遵从以往旧式的工作方式,该工作的工作量大,管理繁琐,既耗人力,又耗物力；另一方面,由于计算机技术的飞速发展及应用的普及,学生信息管理这样烦琐的工作更需要由计算机来完成。因此开发一套对学生信息进行管理的软件是极其重要的,而且是必需的,通过这样的系统,可以做到信息的规范管理、科学统计和快速的查询,从而减少管理方面的工作量。本系统是一个基于C/S模式的大学生信息管理系统,由管理员子系统、教师子系统、学生子系统三个子系统组成,系统功能模块包括学籍管理、注册管理、成绩管理、奖惩管理、社团管理等7个模块。本文首先对MFC、SQL作了简单介绍,然后着重讲述了在开发过程中所采用的一些关键技术,其中包括MFC的运行机制、类的继承与封装、ADO技术和DLL技术,最后结合相关技术就如何使用SQL Server 2005来设计数据库以及使用Visual C++6.0来开发大学生信息管理系统的整个过程作了详细介绍,包括需求分析、数据库设计、详细设计和系统实现。该系统在Visual C++6.0的环境之下利用ADO访问SQL Server 2000数据库技术开发而成,实际应用表明系统成本低、稳定性好、管理方便、易于维护。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of academic schools’ constantly enlarging their size and increasing the number of their students,various information about students is doubly increased.There is so much information that teaching managment becomes more and more important a task.For one thing,if we follow the old work style as before,the work would have great capacity,and will also be a great waste of manpower and material;for another thing, with the development and application of computer science and technology,such trivial work could be complete done by computer.That’s to say, it is of great importance to explore a suitable software. With the help of this software, it will reduce error and will also improve efficiency,what’s more,modernization、systematism and standardization in teaching managment will come true.This system is a university students information management system based on C/S pattern,including three pieces of subsystem such as administrator subsystem,teachers subsystem,students subsystem.The system function module includes ten modules such as student status management,registration management, performance management,rewards and punishments management,community management and so on.This paper first makes brief introduction to MFC, SQL, then narrates emphatically some key technologies that has used during the developing process, including the MFC movement mechanism, inheritance and seal of class, the ADO technology and the DLL technology, finally unifing the correlation technology makes the detailed introduction on how to use SQL Server 2,000 to design the database as well as the entire process of using Visual C++6.0 to develop the university student’s information management system, including demand analysis, database design, detailed design and system realizing.This system is desined in Visual c++6.0.It uses ADO in SQL Server 2000 database technology,and the practical application showed that system is good stability, low cost, easy maintenance and convenience of management.更多还原
