汽车制动阀检测系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 当今,随着技术的不断革新与飞跃发展,无论在工业领域还是在其他领域,人们对嵌入式系统性能提出了更高的要求;不仅要求能处理高速、高精度的海量数据还要求设备更加智能化、集成化,人机界面交互友好化。传统的8/16位单片机因处理速度慢,存储容量小等缺点被受到限制,很难较好的满足工业信息化的发展。作为具有代表性的32位嵌入式微处理器ARM9较好地解决单片机的上述瓶颈问题,而DSP微处理器其实时运行速度可达每秒数以千万条复杂指令程序,是数字化电子世界中日益重要的芯片。本文以汽车制动阀为检测对象设计了基于ARM处理器和DSP处理器双核的数据检测系统。同时,以绿色能源、环保能源的太阳能为该系统提供电源。该系统在硬件方面,以S3C2440和TMS320C6713为核心,在此基础上扩展了UART、RS485、USB接口,适应不同环境下的数据交换。同时系统提供了LCD触摸屏显示输入模块和键盘输入模块,具有良好的人机交互功能。在软件方面则以Linux交叉开发环境,实现了基于Linux操作系统的BootLoader的移植,同时通过与DSP处理器的交互通信,实现对汽车制动阀的频谱分析与检测。本系统可以满足汽车制动阀的生产企业对该产品质量监控及进行数据分析,为企业提高生产效率和改进产品质量提供了有力的保证。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, with constant innovations in technology and rapid development, whether in industry or in other areas, people have a higher demand in embedded system performance; they require not only to deal with high speed, high precision large amounts of data , but also require equipment more integration, more interaction and friendly human-machine interfaces. Traditional 8 to 16 bit monolithic integrated circuits are limited in slow operating speed and small storage capacity, so it is hard to better meet the information industry development. As a 32-bit embedded microprocessor ARM are better solution of these bottlenecks than monolithic integrated circuits, but DSP microprocessor whose real-time execution speed is tens of millions of the complex instructions per second.The thesis introduces the brake system based on the ARM processor and DSP processor pair of the data detection system. At the same time, with the green energy and environmental protection of solar energy provide electricity supply for the system. In hardware, the system is to use S3C2440 and TMS320C6713 as the core, on this basis to extend the UART RS485, USB interfaces, and to adapt to different circumstances of the data exchange. The system provides the LCD touch screen module and keyboard module, with good man-machine interaction. In the software, it is based on Linux cross development environment to achieve Linux operating system BootLoader porting and through DSP processors communicate with interaction realize the automotive solenoid valve in the spectral analysis and test.In this paper, automobile brake for the detection of objects is designed based on ARM processor and DSP processors of the data detection system. Meanwhile, green energy, green energy solar energy provides power supply system for the system. On the hardware side, the system centering S3C2440 and the DSP TMS320C6713, extends the UART, RS485, USB interface to adapt to different environments for data exchange. At the same time, system which provides the LCD touch screen display and keyboard input module, input module has a good human-computer interaction function. On the software side, the system depend on Linux cross-development environment for Linux-based operating system to achieve Bootloader transplant, and through DSP processors communicate with interaction realize the automotive solenoid valve in the spectral analysis and test.This system can better meet the automotive brake manufacturing enterprises in the product quality check and data analysis for the enterprise, and provide a strong guarantee that increase productivity and improve product quality.
