国泰化工调度监控硫回收系统的开发及应用

【摘要】 化工企业由于生产工艺的特点,使得生产过程具有高度的连续性、自动化,多数工段具有高温高压、低温负压以及有毒有害化学品,这就对各工段的自动控制、监控以及生产调度工作提出了越来越高的要求。根据某化工企业的生产实际,结合各工段使用不同型号DCS及PLC的特点,通过对大型数据库系统(PIMS)在生产调度中的分析研究,有效地将各工段的DCS及PLC系统的生产工艺参数传输至生产调度系统,通过PIMS和调度中心,完成了对生产状况实时监控,实现了生产系统的连续化生产,为企业生产管理提供了新思路。在分析了目前调度监控系统的应用的外部环境,并对各种调度监控系统的使用环境和参数需求做了研究后,决定采用PIMS系统对硫回收进行调度和监控管理,并架设了该调度监控系统的网络环境和参数的设置,从而形成在PIMS控制系统平台上的自主开发控制管理,并自行设计了监控系统的数据库,对监控的数据进行定时保存和更新。国泰化工调度监控硫回收系统的开发实现了对国泰化工生产的硫回收工作起到了至关重要的作用,把各种孤立的监测点和控制点串联起来,形成一个相互关联的整体,解决了以前的信息孤岛问题,实现了对整个硫回收过程的宏观调控,提高了生产的安全性。调度监控硫回收系统具有的全局监控、调度和预警等特点,给国泰化工的生产带来了安全保证。

【Abstract】 Chemical characteristics of the production process due to make the production process with a high degree of continuity, automation, the majority of workshop section with a high temperature and pressure, low temperature vacuum as well as poisonous chemicals, which the various section in automatic control, monitoring and production scheduling the work of the higher and higher requirements. According to the actual production of a chemical company, combined with the use of different models of the workshop section of the characteristics of DCS and PLC, through a large database systems (PIMS) in the production scheduling of the analysis and study effectively the various section in DCS and PLC systems of production process parameters transferred to production scheduling system, through the PIMS and dispatch center, completed the production status real-time monitoring of the production system to achieve continuous production, production management for the enterprise provides a new idea.In the analysis of the current operation monitoring system of the external environment, and the application of various operation monitoring system environment and parameters was studied, the demand after deciding PIMS system for sulfur recovery for scheduling and monitoring and management, and set up the operation monitoring system and the network environment parameters Settings, thus forming in the control system of PIMS self-developed control management, and design a monitoring system to monitor the database, data update and save time.Cathay Pacific chemical operation monitoring sulfur recovery system development of cathay Pacific chemical production of sulfur recovery work plays a crucial role in the various isolation, monitoring stations and control, forming a series of interconnected, solve the problems of the previous information island, realize the whole process of sulfur recovery of macro-control, improve the production safety.
