统一通讯IP-PBX调度系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着全球经济技术的发展和Internet的普及,企业的通信需求已经趋向多元化。传统PBX(用户级交换机)己经难以适应现代企业的发展模式和增长需要,而IP-PBX符合下一代网络融合的趋势,可以满足现代企业的通信要求,它正逐步取代传统PBX,成为当今最重要的企业级通信平台解决方案。指挥调度通信系统是企业安全生产管理中的重要手段之一。随着NGN(下一代网络)网络的成熟,实现企业生产中的语音、视频和数据等多业务在统一IP承载网中传输、控制和管理是未来调度发展的趋势。本文为了实现基于VoIP的语音调度功能,提高语音调度通信的可靠性、灵活性和业务扩展性,研究并开发了IP-PBX调度系统。首先研究了VoIP(Voice over Internet protocol)和IP-PBX的应用开发相关的知识和技术;然后从结构设计、音频数据流、与服务器的通信机制和软件层次结构等方面对调度系统进行了整体设计;接着根据IP-PBX及调度系统的特点设计了调度系统的功能模块。最后基于Windows Socket,采用分层模块化的软件开发结构,实现对调度系统软件的编程开发,设计和实现了呼叫模块、定时器模块和语音通信模块等公共模块。在此基础上开发并实现了调度系统的核心调度功能。本文开发的统一通讯IP-PBX调度系统,可以对企业电话系统进行实时监控和有效的管理,完成对分机和外线状态信息的获取、对分机进行强行接通、来电转移、通话转接、通话强拆、通话强插以及通话录音和监听等功能。

【Abstract】 With the popularization of Internet and the development of global economy and technology, Enterprise’s communication requirement tends to be diversified. It has been already hard for traditional PBX to meet the development mode and growth need of modern enterprises and IP PBX accords with the converging trend of NGN and can meet the communication requirements of modern enterprise. IP PBX is replacing traditional PBX and becoming the most important enterprise communication solution.The command and scheduling communication system is one of important means during coal mine safety production and management. With the maturity of NGN network, it is a future development tendency of dispatching and scheduling to achieve the voice, video, data and other multi-service can be transmitted, controlled and managed by the unified IP load bearing network in the enterprise. For realizing the voice scheduling function based on VoIP and improving the reliability, flexibility and service extension of voice scheduling communication, one dispatch system is studied and developed based on IP PBX.First, this paper provides the overview of VoIP and IP-PBX, then describes the overall design of the console software, and then designing function module of dispatch system according to feature of IP PBX and dispatching system. Finally, in view of Windows Socket, by the hierarchical module soft operation structure, the programming of dispatch system is achieved, and the call module, timer module, voice communication module and other public modules are designed and realized core scheduling function are developed and achieved on the basis.Unified Communications IP-PBX dispatch system is successfully developed in this paper, and it can be used to manage and control the calls, obtain the phones’status information, and implement call recording and monitoring functions.
