变速箱轴承在线故障诊断的研究

【摘要】 汽车变速箱是汽车的重要组成部分,而轴承是变速箱的关键部件,其性能的好坏,直接影响到变速箱的总装质量,乃至对整辆汽车的行驶性能都有影响。分析和研究变速箱轴承的性能是保障变速箱总装质量的一个重要环节。针对汽车变速箱这一特定对象进行分析,阶次分析是比较适合的一种。本文首先阐述了汽车变速箱轴承测试的重要意义,对国内外故障诊断发展现状进行了分析。接着对汽车变速箱轴承振动信号产生的原理以及振动信号的特征进行了详细剖析。从原理上揭示了汽车变速箱轴承的振动特征以及振动信号的基本形式。研究旋转机械非稳态信号的故障诊断分析方法,由于可以避免传统频谱分析中出现的“频率混叠”现象,阶次分析方法常常用来分析转速不稳定的机械信号。首先对变速箱升降速瞬态信号进行时域采样,再对时域信号进行阶次跟踪,转换为角域平稳信号,最后对角域重采样信号进行阶次分析,就可提取变速箱轴承的故障特征,找出故障部位、故障时间及故障类型。通过实例证明阶次分析能够有效地识别变速箱轴承的故障。
【Abstract】 Transmission is important in the car. Bearing is key component of transmission. It’s capability would affect the function of transmission and the car. To analyze the measurement method of bearing is an important thing for car. Order analysis is a appropriate method of fault diagnosis for transmission bearing.Firstly, this paper expatiate the important means of bearing, and the development situation of fault diagnosis is also be involved in this paper. Secondly, the vibration theory and signal features of transmission’s bearing are introduced. Here we explain the vibration reasons and make a summary of the signal type.The paper researches on non-steady signal of fault diagnosis for rotation machinery. To avoid the“frequency confusion”in the traditional frequency analysis, order analysis usually be used to analyze the mechanical signal with instability speed. Firstly, sample the run-up instantaneous signal of the transmission in time field. Secondly use the order-track to convert the time field signal to the angle field stationary signal. Finally,analyze the resample signal in angle field with order analysis. That can pick-up the default character of transmission,find the default place,default time and default style. It is proved that order analysis can identify the default of transmission bearing effectively.
