二沉池数值模拟研究

【摘要】 二沉池是常规水处理工程中的重要组成部分。其体型和尺寸的设计合理与否,直接影响沉淀池内的流态和沉淀效果。本论文主要运用FLUENT软件,分析二沉池内的速度场合浓度场从研究二沉池的速度场和浓度场出发,分析了沉淀池结构体形的变化对池内流态和沉淀效果的影响,探讨了二沉池的体形优化问题和提高沉淀效率问题。研究结果认为:1.在进行二沉池流场模拟计算时,应按紊流模型进行;2.按二维模型模拟计算能够正确反映出二沉池实际流场情况,不必再按照三维流动模型模拟计算;3.合理改变沉淀池的结构体形和尺寸,可以改善沉淀池内的流场流态,提高沉淀池的沉淀效果;本论文的研究成果可为实际工程中二沉池的优化设计提供参考依据和技术支持,也将推动二沉池设计水平的提高。作为本论文研究工作的延续,今后还有待于通过试验研究对本论文的研究结果做进一步的分析论证。此外,还应结合实际工程应用,进一步完善对沉淀池体形和尺寸的优化,以期提高沉淀池的沉淀效果。

【Abstract】 The second sedimentation tank is an important part in the waste water treatment. Its bodily form and size is reasonable or not will affect straightly the flow state and the sedimentation. The paper studies and calculated the flow field and the concentration field with the Fluent software mostly, and analyses the flow state and the sedimentation of the second sedimentation tank on the change of its structure, and discusses the shape-optimization and the improvement of the sedimentation.The following conclusions are obtained: 1. we should take the turbulent model on the flow field calculation about the second sedimentation tank; 2. the turbulent flow field of the second sedimentation tank under the three dimension condition is not necessary, two-dimensional is reasonable; 3. change the structure and the size of the second sedimentation tank reasonably will improve the flow state and the sedimentation.The study on the paper provides references about the shape-optimization of the second sedimentation tank in practical projects, and improve the design level.However, in the future, we can analysis and demonstration the study of the paper by experimentation. We also should perfect the shape-optimization and the size of the second sedimentation tank.
