高速公路交通安全评价体系研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着我国高速公路里程的不断增加,交通安全事故数总体上也随之上升,尤其是事故死亡率居高不下。交通安全事故的大量发生,已经直接影响了我国国民经济发展,不仅威胁着人民生命财产安全,同时对维护整个社会的安全和稳定带来了巨大的压力。本文分析了我国高速公路的交通安全状况及影响因素。为提高高速公路交通安全管理工作水平,进行了以下几个方面的研究:运用系统工程学原理和数学、统计学相关工具,对高速公路交通安全评价模型以及高速公路交通安全指标体系等方面进行了研究,得出评价指标的定义和取值方法,最终建立起评价指标体系。通过评价软件体系框架研究及系统开发,在对交通安全综合评价模型和综合评价指标体系研究的基础上,提出人工神经网络综合评价模型。根据以上的研究结论结合实例进行评价,提出交通安全评价软件系统框架,实现了数据存储、统计分析及人工神经网络综合评价等模块功能。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with China’s expressway mileage increasing traffic accidents also increased, especially in the accident mortality. A large number of traffic accidents occur, has a direct impact on China’s national economic development, not only threatens people’s lives and property, while the maintenance of the entire community’s security and stability brought great pressure。Expressway traffic through the statistics, based on an analysis of highway traffic safety conditions and influencing factors.Therefore, in order to improve the level of Highway Traffic Safety to conduct the following research work:According to the use of systems engineering principles and mathematics, statistics related tools for Highway Traffic Safety Evaluation Model for the Study of Highway Traffic Safety Index System, as well as areas such as research, to draw the final evaluation of the definition and value method, the ultimate establishment of effect evaluation index system.Software evaluation framework through research and systems development, traffic safety in the comprehensive evaluation model and comprehensive evaluation index system on the basis of summing up the current domestic and international traffic safety artificial neural network methods。Through the above conclusions of the study, as well as the use of a highway as an example, based on the safety evaluation of software system framework, in the platform to realize data storage, statistical analysis and artificial neural network comprehensive evaluation modules function。
