旧水泥混凝土路面薄层沥青罩面施工技术研究

【摘要】 旧水泥混凝土上加铺沥青混凝土面层,是改造旧水泥混凝土路面行之有效的方法之一。本文在借鉴国内外已有相关研究成果的基础上,针对徐州地区的气候、交通条件和道路建设情况,对水泥混凝土路面薄层沥青罩面的层间抗反射裂缝问题进行了深入的理论分析,应用ANSYS软件分别对荷载、温度以及耦合作用下加铺层的受力情况进行数值计算和变形模拟。在力学分析基础上,对徐州地区薄层沥青罩面进行结构方案设计和室内试验,并以G104机场路为依托工程,进行了试验路铺筑和施工技术研究、探讨与总结。最后对旧水泥混凝土薄层沥青罩面试验工程的路用性能和经济性进行评价和分析。本文的研究成果将有助于徐州地区旧水泥混凝土薄层沥青罩面技术的进一步研究和推广应用。研究技术的应用需要对原有路面破损的成因进行细致的调查和深层次的分析,为材料组成设计和结构组合设计提供可靠的依据。此外,加铺层的施工必须在试验指导下对整个生产进程实施科学的监测,参照施工技术规范规定的频率进行抽提、筛分和马歇尔试验,指导拌和站对生产参数作相应的调整,从而进一步加强设计和生产质量控制。

【Abstract】 Spreading the asphalt concrete surface layer on the old cement concrete pavement is one of the effective methods to rebuild it. Basing on the research results from inland and overseas, pointing at the weather, traffic conditions and road buildings of XUZHOU, the paper makes deeply analysis to the theory of anti-reflective cracking, which occurs between thin asphalt overlay and old cement concrete pavement. Using ANSYS software, the paper also makes a numerical and deformation simulation to the asphalt overlay separately when load, temperature and coupling forces act on which. Based on these mechanics analysis, the structural method and laboratory tests of thin asphalt overlay in XUZHOU area are designed. Relying on G104 airdrome highway, we construct the testing road, then make the studies, discussions and summarizes of construction technology. Finally, we make an evaluation and analysis to the performance arid economics of thin asphalt overlay on the cement pavement. This study in paper will contribute to the farther research and popularization of the thin asphalt overlay in XUZHOU area. Application of research technology needs a careful investigation and deep analysis to the origin that damages to the old pavement, which provides the reliable basis for the material composition and structure design. In addition, when asphalt layer is constructed, the whole process must be scientifically supervised in guidance of experiment. Frequency of the extraction, screening and Marshall experiments should be carried basing on which the Technology Standard stipulated, then the production parameter should be adjusted according to these experiments. Thereby, the design and construction can be further regulated.
