【摘要】 矿产资源开发技术经济评价是在矿床技术经济评价的基础上,对整个矿山项目的开发技术条件、经济效益进行综合评价,目的是为矿山项目的开发决策提供科学依据。无论在哪一个层次上,地区的还是矿床的,都是矿产资源开发、采选等各种可行技术方案的选取及其经济效益的预算与评估,最后按照技术可行、经济合理的原则与要求加以优化、优选的过程。本论文旨在通过对东塘子铅锌矿进行技术经济评价来得出一个能使技术与经济达到最佳结合的方案。本文首先对东塘子铅锌矿地质特征做了详细描述,根据其地层构造及矿床成因类型及矿床开发技术条件的分析,通过对比确定了采矿方法和选矿方法。这些指标及方法的确定,为东塘子铅锌矿的技术经济评价提供了依据。本文从当前的铅锌矿产品市场形势出发,结合已有的可采储量设计了三个不同选矿规模的方案,即日采100吨、200吨和300吨,并通过技术经济评价中常用的动态评价方法净现值法和内部收益率法,计算得出了三个方案相应的投资利润率、投资偿还期、净现值和企业内部收益率等重要经济效益指标,经分析比较后认为从建设总投资、服务年限、投资收益率等多方面综合对比,Ⅱ方案更具有优势,同时运用灰色理论模型进行验证,Ⅱ方案确实是三个方案中能使现行技术条件与未来经济效益达到最佳结合的一个方案。考虑到由于价格等因素变化引起方案的潜在风险,又对Ⅱ方案的售收入、销售成本、建设资金、投资利润率等指标进行了单参数敏感性分析,得出了各项指标所受影响处于可控范围之内。文章最后对东塘子铅锌矿进行了综合评价,并提出存在问题和解决方法,认为该矿地理位置和交通条件优越,基础设施完善,具备有利的资源潜力,在其现行技术条件下采用Ⅱ方案,将会获得可观的经济效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 Exploitation technical and economic evaluation for mineral resource is based on geological appraisal,it provides comprehensive evaluation for the whole project of exploitation technical and economic evaluation of mine,the targete is to offering scientific basis of mine exlpoitation.Whatever area of deposit,it is both economic evaluation and feasible technical project selection of mineral resource exploitation and mining and mill run,finally,according to feasible technical and economic for making optimize.The paper’s target is to providing a best comprehensive project of technical and economic for Dong Tangzi lead-zinc strate-bound mine,through exploitation technical and economic evauation.First,particular described the geological features, analyzing the stratum construction and deposit genetic type and exploitation condition of deposit,through contrasting to decide mining method and mill run method.These indexes and methods provide basis of exploitation technical and economic evaluation for ong Tangzi lead-zinc strate-bound mine. The paper deeply consider the situation of the international market nowadays,combined with recoverable reserves to offer three differrent scale project of production,that is 100t/d,200t/d and 300t/d.By using the most in commou use method of technical and economic evaluation-net present value method, Inner Return Rate-to calculate the investment profit ratio, date of repayment of investment and net present value and company inner return rate etc.After contrast the total investment,service life and investment profit ratio,the paper’s opinion is that the projectⅡis the most optimized,mean while, vaildating by using the model of grey theory,and the results suggest that the projectⅡis actually could combined technical with economic to be the most optimized.Considering the potential risk aroused by price change and etc,the paper also carry out the single parameter sensitivity analyzing of sales income,sales cost,construction investment and investment profit ratio,and get a result that shows the infection of every parameter is under control.Finally, this paper indicates that Dongtangzi Strata-bound lead-zinc mine will be very profitable in employing scheduleⅡdue to its convenient location and transportation conditions and resouce potential of usable.更多还原
