【摘要】 石油化工企业属于连续化生产企业,对设备的使用可靠性要求很高,很多企业在设备管理上都要把设备可靠性放在第一位。多年来世界各国在研究设备可靠性管理方面做了大量的工作,但对石油化工企业应用的设备可靠性进行系统的研究还是近几年的事情。石油化工业作为国家的支柱产业,在国民经济的发展过程中起着举足轻重的作用,其生产特点和应用的设备特性决定了设备可靠性的重要性。本文在总结国内外设备管理理论、方法与经验的基础上,深入分析了兰州石化分公司设备管理的现状,提出兰州石化设备可靠性管理存在的问题,着重在维修模式选择、状态检测技术及状态维修、规范检修质量、提高设备信息化建设等方面进行了研究。提出兰州石化设备可靠性管理的改进思路,第一,针对兰州石化现状,依据可靠性、安全性、经济性原则提出应根据设备的具体情况选择设备维修模式;第二,强化兰州石化的状态检测技术,实现关键设备的状态维修;第三,引进大连西太平洋石油化工有限公司规范检修作业行为的理念,实现按检修作业规程进行检修;第四,提出构建适合于兰州石化的设备维修信息及支持组织决策的信息系统—PIMS的思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Petrol-chemical enterprise belongs to continuous production industry, the using assurance of the equipment is required important, and so the reliability of equipment is put into the first place in the equipment management in many enterprises. A large number of works research have been done about equipment reliability in the world for many years, but the systemic research of equipment reliability in the Petrol-chemical enterprises begun only in recent years. As the national supporting industry, Petrol-chemicals is crucial in the development of national economy, the importance of equipment reliability is decided by its production characteristics and applying equipment specialties.This article in summarizes the domestic and foreign device management theory, the method and in experience’s foundation, has analyzed the Lanzhou petrochemical company device management present situation thoroughly, proposed that the Lanzhou petrochemical equipment reliability management existence’s question, emphatically in the service pattern choice, the condition monitoring technology and the condition service, the standard overhaul quality, enhanced aspects and so on equipment informationization construction to conduct the research. Proposed that the Lanzhou petrochemical equipment reliability management’s improvement mentality. First, in view of the Lanzhou petrochemical present situation, based on the reliability, the security, the efficient principle proposed should act according to equipment’s special details choice device service pattern. Second, strengthens the Lanzhou petrochemical the condition monitoring technology, realizes key equipment’s condition service; Third, introduces Dalian the West Pacific Ocean petroleum chemical industry Limited company standard overhaul work behavior idea, realizes carries on the overhaul according to the overhaul work regulations; Fourth, proposed that the construction suits in the Lanzhou petrochemical equipment service information and the support organization decision-making information system– PIMS thought .更多还原
