【摘要】 随着全球范围知识经济来临,知识取代劳动力资本和土地,成为一个国家和地区发展的最主要的驱动力。在知识社会中,知识的开发已不再是单个企业或组织所能实现的,而是需要不同企业、组织在知识交流方面进行合作,特别是在知识研究开发的过程中。国家、地区及企业或组织之间由原来的物质资源竞争转向知识研究开发的竞争与合作,即竞合关系。其具体表现为：企业之间、企业与高等院校之间、企业与研究机构之间更深层次的竞争与合作关系。本文以相丽玲学者的区域知识竞争力指标体系为基础进行研究,旨在通过构建我国R&D活动中合作研究能力的指标体系,对我国各区域R&D合作能力的现状进行研究,并对部分区域进行综合评价,进而测度研发合作能力对区域知识创新能力和区域知识竞争力的贡献度。本文在内容体系上由以下四个章节组成：第一章：引言。介绍研究工作的目的和意义、演化路径、目前研究工作的主要内容以及存在的主要问题,并说明了论文的主要创新点。第二章：R&D活动与R&D合作研究的相关概念与基本理论。分析R&D、R&D合作的概念,并归纳R&D合作能力的理论基础。本章为我国区域R&D合作能力指标体系的构建奠定理论基础。第三章：我国R&D活动中合作研究的实证分析。本章内容包括四个方面：(1)R&D活动中合作研究的关键要素的选择。(2)区域R&D活动中合作现状评价指标体系的确立。(3)R&D活动中合作研究的测评方法与步骤。(4)R&D活动中合作研究的测度结果与评价。第四章：结论、策略与展望。本章内容包括本文的主要结论、提升山西省R&D合作能力的策略、研究的局限性与未来展望。本文在构建区域R&D合作能力的指数体系时,主要采用了内涵解析法、比较法与分析法；在测度与评价区域R&D合作能力指数时,主要使用了加权综合计量法和概率统计法(利用EXCEL软件)；在衡量区域R&D合作能力对区域知识创新能力和区域知识竞争力的贡献度时,主要使用了相关分析法和回归分析统计法(利用SPSS软件)。本文的主要研究结论为：(1)我国各区域R&D活动中合作研究能力指数排名的意义与应用价值；(2)区域R&D合作能力对区域知识创新能力和区域知识竞争力的贡献度。本文的创新点是首次从知识竞争力的角度,对R&D活动中合作能力的现状进行研究,测度、评价区域R&D合作的能力指数,并测度区域研发合作对区域知识创新能力和区域知识竞争力的贡献度,从而证明了区域R&D合作是区域知识竞争力的又一特性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Knowledge capital become the main driving force of the national and regional development instead of labor and land in the era of global knowledge-based economy. Knowledge development is no longer achieved by a single organization in the knowledge society. It is means that different enterprises and organizations need to cooperative research in the knowledge exchange, especially in the process of knowledge research and development. The relation of nations, regions and business/organizations is from the competition of the material resources to the competition and cooperation of knowledge research and development. With the foundation of Xiang Liling’s regional knowledge competitiveness index system, this thesis tries to build Chinese R&D cooperation capability index system to research the status of R&D cooperation capability in Chinese regions and comprehensively evaluate some regions, and then to measure the contribution between R&D cooperation capability with knowledge innovation capability and regional knowledge competitiveness. This thesis consists of four chapters:Chapter 1:The preface. This chapter introduces the significance, the evolution paths, the main contents, the scientific problems to be solved, and the innovations.Chapter 2:The relative conceptions and basic theories of R&D coopera-tion capability. This chapter analyzes the conceptions of R&D and R&D cooperation and introduces the theoretical foundation of R&D cooperation capability. The theoretical framework of R&D cooperation capability will be built and studied empirically.Chapter 3:The empirical research of the Chinese R&D cooperation capability. This chapter includes four aspects:Firstly, the author analyses the elements which constitute the regional R&D cooperation capability. Secondly, the author determines the index system of R&D cooperation capability in China. Thirdly, the author determines the evaluation methods and steps of R&D cooperation capability in China. Fourthly, the author measures and evaluates the R&D cooperation capability index in various provinces, municipalities and autonomou regions from 2006 to 2007.Chapter 4:The main conclusion, the proposal and the outlooks. This chapter includes main conclusion, the strategy of promoting the R&D cooperation capability in Shanxi province, the research limitations and the outlooks.This thesis mainly uses the analytic method and comparative method in the construction of R&D cooperation capability index system; the weighted comprehensive measurement and statistical analysis (through Excel software) in the measurement and evaluation of R&D cooperation capability; and the correlation analysis and regression analysis statistical method (through SPSS software) in the assessment of the contribution between R&D co-operation capability with knowledge innovation capability and the regional knowledge competitiveness.The results of the research as follows:(1) The significance and value of the ranks of the regional R&D cooperation capability index; (2) The assess-ment of the contribution degree between R&D cooperation capability with knowledge innovation capability and regional knowledge competitiveness.The innovation of the thesis is the research of the current situation of R&D cooperation capability in the perspective of knowledge competitive-ness at first, measuring and evaluating the regional R&D cooperation capability index, assessing the contribution degree between R&D co-operation capability with the knowledge innovation capability and the regional knowledge competitiveness, and proposing that cooperation is another character of the regional knowledge competitiveness.更多还原
