东湖物流中心信息管理系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着现代物流业的蓬勃发展,作为物流活动重要节点的物流中心的作用也日益得到了人们的普遍重视。物流中心是从事物流业务的场所或组织,由于物流中心主要实施对物流的综合管理、控制与调配。因此,研究利用信息技术来构建物流中心信息管理系统,通过借助物流信息管理手段来提高物流中心运作效率,降低物流运作成本,具有重要的理论与实际应用意义。本文从物流中心的发展入手,剖析了现代物流中心的发展历程与运作流程,通过对物流中心信息系统基本功能的阐述,设计了物流中心信息管理系统的功能模块,探讨了物流中心信息管理系统的建设平台和技术,设计并实现了物流中心信息管理系统各部分功能,同时以东湖物流中心的信息管理系统开发为背景,实现了物流中心信息管理系统的具体设计。主要研究内容如下:1.物流中心运作流程分析。通过对物流中心运作流程的研究可深入理解物流运作过程、信息传递过程,从而根据企业整体的运作特点,找出对系统最优的解决方法;通过对物流中心的运作过程和信息传递的详细了解,从而为设计高效、实用、快速的信息系统奠定基础。2.物流中心物流信息系统功能结构。通过对物流中心信息系统的基本功能及结构层次分析,明确了物流中心信息管理系统是由采购进货管理系统、销货出货管理系统、库存储位管理系统、财务管理和结算系统、运输配送管理系统、物流分析系统和物流决策支持系统等管理子系统的有机整合与集成,为进一步实现物流中心业务的统筹运作与科学管理奠定了基础。3.东湖物流中心信息管理系统功能模块设计。通过对东湖物流中心作业流程和功能分析,设计了东湖物流中心信息系统,主要功能模块有订单管理、采购管理、进货管理、库存储位管理、出货管理、输配送管理、退货管理、设备管理、财务管理及营运管理等。4.东湖物流中心信息管理系统功能模块实现。通过对物流信息管理系统开发方法、开发平台及相关技术的分析,明确了东湖物流中心信息系统采用结构化程序设计的方法,利用B/S架构技术和SQLServer数据库技术,按照物流信息系统开发流程,逐步进行系统设计、实施、运行及评价。论文所做的研究,为物流中心的信息管理系统建设提供了有益的借鉴。

【Abstract】 With the booming of modern logistics industry, Logistics centre as an important role of logistic activities is become more and more important. It is not only a site but also an organization for people to go in for logistics business, for logistics centre mainly on the implementation of integrated management, controlling and redeployment.’Studying the use of information technology to build a logistics centre information management system, utilizing the logistics information management means to improve the logistics centre’s operating efficiency and reduce the operating costs. It is of important theoretical and practical application significance.From the beginning of the development of logistics centre, the article analyses development processes and working processes of the modern logistics centre, through elaborating the basic functionality of logistics centre information system. This paper devises functional modules of logistics centre information management system, dicusses the platforms and technology of logistics centre information management system; designs and executes the various parts of the functions of logistics centre information management system. While it takes.the information management system development of Donghu logistics centre as the background, to actualize the specific design of logistics centre information management system. Main contents of the research are as follows.1. Analysis of Logistics centre operating process. Through the research of logistics centre operating process, we can deeply understand logistics system and information transfer process, while according to the overall operating characteristics of enterprises to find out the best solution of the system. Through the detailed understanding of the function of processes and information flow of logistics centre to lay a foundation to design an efficient, speediness and practical information system.2. Logistics information system’s functional structure on logistics centre, through the analyzing of basic functionality and layer of structure of logistics center information system, these article definitudes that logistics center information management. System is made up of procuremental purchase management system, the shipment management system, the inventory location management system, financial management and settlement systems, transportation and delivery’management system, supply chain analysis system, controlling of logistical decisions system and some other administration subsystems. It’s organically conformity and integration set a foundation for further implementation of the logistics centre’s whole operating and scientific management.3. The functional module design of Donghu logistics central information management system. According to the analysis of work processes and function on Donghu logistics centre. This article designs Donghu logistics centre information system. The primary functions are order management, purchasing management, the stock management, the inventory location management, shipment management, transportation and delivery management, refund management, equipment management, financial management, operation management and so on.4.The realizing of functional modules on Donghu logistics centre information management system, Through the analysis of development methods, development platform and related technical on logistics information management system. Define the use of structured programming method of Donghu logistics centre information system, In accordance with the development process of logistics information system. Advantage of B/S schema technology and SQL Server database technology, to design, exectuate, operate and evaluate a system step by step.The research paper provides logistics centre information management system with useful experience.
