深部厚大低品位多金属矿体采矿方法研究

【摘要】 黄沙坪矿业分公司是湖南有色集团的骨干企业,浅中部资源以铅锌为主,矿石品位较高,深部则以低品位厚大多金属矿为主。多金属矿具有埋藏深、矿体形态及厚度变化大、急倾斜、品位低,矿岩坚硬、难凿、难爆等特点,矿石和围岩均稳固。本文针对这一复杂矿体,结合公司的生产实际,参考借鉴国内外类似矿山的成功经验,本着科学、安全、经济的原则,对采矿方法方案设计、方案优选以及采矿方法现场试验等内容进行了较深入的探讨和研究。根据矿体特征,作者提出了分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后尾废充填采矿法、并中段分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填采矿法和矿柱护壁充填和矿房分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后充填联合采矿法3种侯选方案;然后,运用模糊理论对侯选采矿方案进行优选,选用分段凿岩阶段空场嗣后尾废充填采矿法进行现场工业试验,并通过小孔径现场爆破漏斗试验,应用相似准则,获得了多金属矿体较优的中深孔凿岩爆破参数。现场工业试验结果表明:优选的采矿方法适合深部多金属矿的开采,具有安全、高效、简单、低成本的优点;按优选的爆破参数进行爆破,能将坚硬、难凿、难爆矿岩破碎成块度均匀的合格矿石。

【Abstract】 Huangshaping Branch of HNC is the backbone enterprise of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd., whose resources are lead and zinc ore with high grade in the shallow and middle part, but thick multi-metal ore with low grade in deep part. Multi-metal ores are some charactered with deepburied depth, variation of ore shape and thickness, steep, low-grade, difficulty of rock blasting and cutting, and so on. And both ores and country rock are stable.As to this complex ore body, based on the principle of science, safety and economy, it is deeply studied and discussed that all aspects of mining method designing, optimal selection of mining method and mining method test on site, drawing the successful experience of similar mines at home and abroad in this paper. Combining with the actual condition of the enterprise, Author proposed three mining methods which were separately partition rock drilling stage vacant place child the dry backfill mining method, double levels partition rock drilling stage vacant place mining method, and pillars protecting wall sub-filling and partition rock drilling stage vacant place child backfill combined mining method. By fuzzy optimization selection, partition rock drilling stage vacant place child the dry backfill mining method was chosen for the industrial test on site. Meanwhile blasting crater test in small holes on site was done. Applying the similarity criterion, the optimizational parameters of long and middle holes blasting were obtained. The test result on site shows that optimized mining method adapts to explore deep multi-metal ore body, which has advantages of safety, high efficiency, simplicity, low-cost, and that optimizational blasting parameters can break hard rock into reasonable dimensions ore blocks.
