配电网单相接地故障在线定位的研究与实现

【摘要】 随着经济的发展,用户对配电网供电可靠性要求的不断提高,可运用成熟的选线技术选出故障线路,不停止对故障线路供电,在故障线路带电情况下进行故障定位操作,即在线故障定位法。单相永久接地故障发生后,故障线路可以带负荷运行两个小时。基于此,本文提出了一种基于GPS和无线模块nRF2401的在线故障定位方法,主要做了四方面的工作:分析了在线故障定位方法的原理;设计了基于GPS的单相接地故障在线定位系统;设计并实现了零序电流相位探测器;通过模拟实验方法验证了该方法的有效性。本文提出的在线故障定位方法,只适用于中性点不接地系统,还不能应用于其它小电流接地系统。基于GPS在线故障定位方法是一种很有效的方法。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the economics, the customer demand for reliable power supplies is increasing. Under such circumstances ,the staff can select the fault line using the mature line selection techniques, keep up power supply for fault line, and search for the point of failure in the case of continued power supply, that is the on-line location method. As the single-phase permanent ground fault occurred, fault line could run for two hours with load. Based on this, an on-line fault location method based on GPS and wireless module nRF2401 is proposed ,and four aspects of work have been done in this paper: principle of on-line fault location is analyzed; schematic diagram of single-phase ground fault system is developed; zero-sequence current phase detector is designed and realized. proved the presented method correct and effective by experiment.The on-line fault location method is proposed in this paper, which applies only to non-grounded neutral system. In other small current grounding system, the method can not be applied. The on-line fault location method based on GPS is a very effective way.
