【摘要】 近年来,随着中国经济的高速发展和国内资本的不断充裕,我国政府加快了本国资本“走出去”的步伐。区位选择是攸关国际直接投资成败的要素之一,独立后的哈萨克斯坦是中亚地区经济发展最快,政治局势最稳定,法律法规相对完备,地理位置优越,人文条件也好于其他中亚国家,无疑是我国企业“走出去”,特别是西部企业实施“西出”战略的必争要地。国际直接投资是一个系统工程,具有很强的复杂性、专业性、协同性,这就尤其需要投资方对东道国的投资法律环境进行研究分析,找出利弊,进而决定“有所为,有所不为”。本文综合采用实证分析、历史分析和案例分析的研究方法,旨在通过对哈萨克斯坦共和国投资法律环境中的投资立法、执法和司法状况进行分析研究,推论出其有利因素和不利因素,并就如何应对其不利因素提出了对策建议。以引导我国企业作出正确的投资决策、最大限度地规避投资风险,实现资本增值、企业获利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently with Chinese economy developing rapidly and inner capital being abundant, China speeds up the stride of“going-out”. Regional choice is the crucial element of FDI, after independence, Kazakhstan enjoys fast-growing economy and relatively stable political situation; it’s laws and regulations is relatively complete ; Strategic location and cultural conditions are better than the other countries in Central Asian,so Kazakhstan definitely is the right area for Chinese enterprises to go out, especially for western enterprises to implement“west-out”strategy.FDI is a systematic project with strong complex、profession and coordination comparing with domestic investment,it badly need investors to be familiar with the investment-hosting country’s legal environment and try to identify the pros and the cons,then decided to do“dos”and“don’ts”. The paper comprehensively employs the method of example analysis、history analysis and case analysis, wants to give some proposals for Chinese enterprises to make right decisions to avoid investment risks;to maximize and realize their profits .更多还原
