基于H12MDI特种聚氨酯弹性体材料的研究

【摘要】 聚氨酯(PU)弹性体是一类性能介于橡胶和塑料之间的高分子合成材料,其分子的主链是由柔性链段(软段)和刚性链段(硬段)交替组成,软段提供PU材料的弹性、韧性及低温性能;硬段则提供PU材料的硬度、强度和模量性能。它的耐磨性、耐低温、耐臭氧、耐辐射和负重隔热、绝缘等性能。聚氨酯弹性体在整个聚氨酯工业中,其产量虽然不大,但其品种多、加工方式多样、应用领域广泛,是其他品种所不可比拟的。4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯简称氢化MDI,简写为H12MDI或HMDI,属于不泛黄的脂肪族异氰酸酯。最早由Du Pont公司开发生产,烟台万华作为国内最大的MDI供应商,也致力于此方面的研究,将于近期推出商业化的氢化MDI产品供客户使用。H12MDI是脂肪族异氰酸酯的典型代表,由于H12MDI和MDI在分子结构上的相似性,本文中将从单体、预聚体以及合成的弹性体的性能方面进行比较研究,以便作为以后研究H12MDI的依据。随着现代科学技术的发展,对材料的性能及其它方面的要求越来越高。为了满足不同性能、不同用途、不同成本的要求,本文在查阅大量文献的前提下,得出了H12MDI基聚氨酯弹性体的一些简单的性能,为后来做进一步的研究打下基础。

【Abstract】 Polyurethane elastomer (short for PU),which of its property is between rubber and plastic. The main chain of PU is consist of the soft segment and the hard segment. The soft segment can own the elasticity, strength and low tempreture property of PU material; meanwhile, the hard segment can own the hardness, strength and mode of PU material. PU has other property, such as oil resisivity, shockproof, low tempreture resistance, resistance to ozon, radioresistance, insulation and so on. In the industry of polyurethane, though the production of PU is low, it has great varieties, and its processing has a lot ways, PU can use in any kind of field.Hydrogenated diphenhl methane diisocyanate is shot for H12MDI, which is belonged to classify of ADI series that can’t be changed to yellow. The H12MDI is first produced by Du Pont company. Yantai Wanhua which is the biggest seller for MDI is also researching for the H12MDI and recently it can provide for the c H12MDI.H12MDI is a typical representative of aliphatic isocyanate. Because of the similarit in the molecular structure between H12MDI and MDI, this article will research from the monomer,the prepolymer and the PU elastomer, and this research can be served as the basis for the future of H12MDI.With the development of modern science and technology, it is increasing from the properties of materials and other requirements. To serve for the different performance, different uses and different cost requirements, in this paper,from many extensive literature, we get some simple performance of PU elastomer of H12MDI, which is just laying the foundation for the further study.
