中外地震烈度标准对比研究

【摘要】 地震烈度是衡量地震影响强弱程度的重要指标,是估计地震人员伤亡和经济损失的重要依据。随着建筑物形式和质量的变化,国内外划分地震烈度的标准即烈度表也在不断地修改。为了把握现有国内外常用地震烈度标准间的异同,本文应用震害资料对中外地震烈度标准进行了对比分析研究。完成的主要工作如下:1.对中外地震烈度表的沿革和现状进行了较系统的总结。2.基于地震烈度标准的条文描述,分别从人的感觉及器物反应、结构物震害情况、生命线工程破坏情况、地震地面破坏以及地震动参数等方面,对中外地震烈度标准进行了对比分析,给出了不同烈度表在同等地震烈度等级下的差异。3.应用汶川地震都江堰市区1865栋建筑物的震害资料以及其它地震的震害调查数据,对中外地震烈度标准进行实际应用结果的对比。最后作者对本文的研究工作进行了总结。

【Abstract】 Seismic intensity is an important indicator to measure the level of earthquake’s influence strong or week, and is also an important basis for estimating earthquake casualties and economic losses. With the changes in building forms and qualities, intensity scales, which is the standard for division of domestic and international seismic intensity, are continually revised. To hold the similarities and difference between existing seismic intensity scales which are often used at home and abroad, seismic data are used in this paper to study on comparison and analysis of seismic intensity scales. The major work completed are as follows:1. The evolution and current situation of seismic intensity scales both at home and abroad are systematically summarized.2. Based on the provisions descriptions of seismic intensity scales, seismic intensity scales at home and aboard are compared and analyzed respectively form the reaction of person’s feelings and objects, damage situation of building structures, damage situation of lifeline, damage situation of ground, and ground motion parameter, etc. And the differences of different seismic intensity scales on the same level are given.3. Seismic intensity scales are compared on practical application by using seismic data of 1865 buildings of Dujiangyan city in Wenchuan earthquake and other seismic survey data.Finally, research works of this thesis are summarized.
