测试性虚拟验证中的故障建模技术研究

【摘要】 测试性虚拟验证是测试性验证领域的一个重要发展趋势,故障模型是进行测试性虚拟验证的基础。针对测试性虚拟验证的需求,开展故障建模技术研究,对于提高测试性虚拟验证结果可信性具有重要作用。本文在“装备可测性/机内测试分析、设计与评估技术”项目支持下,从测试性虚拟验证的原理分析入手,以适应虚拟验证中的故障注入为出发点,建立了故障属性描述模型,并对其中的故障传播特性以及环境因素与故障的关联关系开展了深入研究。论文主要研究内容包括:(1)故障属性描述模型分析与建立。阐述了测试性虚拟验证原理,分析了虚拟验证中故障注入对故障模型的需求。在此基础上,从系统故障特性中提取故障的基本属性和相关特性,并基于关系数据模型理论建立了故障属性描述模型。(2)故障传播特性分析与建模。总结、分析了故障传播过程,针对故障传播中的复杂性和不确定性,提出并建立了模糊概率多信号流图模型。应用该模型对故障传播过程进行描述并进行相关推理,得出故障传播的后继故障模式集和等效故障模式。并以某稳定跟踪平台中主控单元的控制电路板为对象,开展了实例应用研究。(3)环境因素与故障的关联关系分析分别从定性和定量角度对环境因素与故障的关联关系进行了研究。首先从环境因素诱发故障的机理分析入手,对环境因素与故障的定性关联关系进行了分析,得出影响故障的主要环境因素。然后,收集环境因素与系统故障的相关数据,运用灰色关联分析(Grey Relational Analysis,GRA)理论,定量分析了环境因素在不同等级下与故障的关联程度。相关技术在某直升机航姿系统关键部件的故障分析中进行了应用。(4)技术验证与应用以某惯性组合为对象,针对其典型故障模式,深入分析了其故障传播关系和环境因素与故障的关联关系。在此基础上,建立了该惯性组合的故障模型,构建了惯性组合故障模型数据库。

【Abstract】 Testability virtual evaluation is an important developing trend in the filed of testability evaluation. Failure model is the base of testability evaluation. Focusing on the requirement of testability virtual evaluation, researching the failure modeling is important to improve the creditability of testability virtual evaluation. Supported by the advanced project "Equipments Testability/BIT Analysis, Design and Evaluation Technology", this dissertation sets up a failure attribute description model. Then, the failure propagation characteristics and associating relationship between failure and environmental factors are studied. The main contents of the dissertation are as follows:1.The failure attribute description model is analyzed and set up.The principle of testability virtual evaluation is described and the requirement of failure model in testability virtual evaluation is analyzed. Then, the basal failure attributes and other attributes are extracted. A failure attribute description model is set up by using relation data model.2. The failure propagation characteristic is analyzed and modeled.The failure propagation process is summarized and analyzed. Aiming at the complexity and uncertainty of failure propagation, a fuzzy probability multi-signal flow graph model is built up. It can describe the process of failure propagation and reason out the subsequence set of failure propagation and the equivalent failure mode. It is applied in one control circuit board.3. The environment-failure associating relationship is analyzed.The associating relationship between environmental factors and failures is studied from qualitative and quantitative aspects respectively. Firstly, the associating relationship between environmental factors and failures is analyzed based on the mechanism that environmental factors induce failures. The chief environmental factors that induce failure are elicited. Secondly, after collecting the relevant data between environmental factors and failures, their associating relationship in different levels is analyzed by using Gray relational analysis theory. Finally, the technology is applied to the failure analysis in the key part of helicopter’s horizon.4. The technologies is applied and validated.The technologies is applied and validated in a inertial navigation system. Aiming at its typical failure modes, the failure propagation and associating relationship between environmental factors and failures are analyzed. Then, the failure model is built and the model database is designed.
