带压作业井口防喷装置集成技术研究

【摘要】 通过分析国内外带压作业工艺、技术与设备的应用现状,阐述了不同结构形式的井口防喷装置的工作原理和优、缺点。根据国内带压作业设备的功能需求,为解决油田修井作业中安全、高效等问题,提出了带压作业井口防喷装置集成技术;结合油田带压作业现场实际工作情况研制出一套新型井口防喷系统。该系统实现了注水井带压修井作业快速安装、搬运等要求。系统以接箍探测装置探测到的探测信号来实现控制,使防喷器闸板在上、下压力平衡的条件下进行开关动作,减少了系统的冲击,降低了顶部胶芯的磨损,延长了胶芯的使用寿命。带压作业井口防喷系统整体搬迁装置主要由底部框架、上支撑架、套筒液压缸、支撑横梁和一些关键的联接部件组成。带压作业井口防喷系统整体搬迁装置主要作用是将防喷器、接箍探测器、管柱扶正器、压力平衡装置、卡瓦和起升油缸等装置集成在一个吊装体上,以实现整体吊装和移运。底座的设计提出了以型钢为材料的焊接钢结构作为带压作业井口防喷系统整体搬迁装置的框架基础,以工字钢与空心方钢为支撑架的方案,该基础将防喷器组、起升油缸、底部框架、上支撑架等联接成为一体,总体结构紧凑、受力合理、安全稳固。进行了底部框架、支撑架、套筒液压缸、支座等零件的结构设计,并利用ANSYS软件对其进行了有限元的分析计算,结果表明在10~30吨的载荷下满足强度要求。在理论研究的基础上进行室内和现场试验研究工作。通过试验证明该系统能够适应油田现场的作业要求,显示出良好的性能,满足集成设计的目的要求。

【Abstract】 Though analyzing the process of application status of technology and equipment of snubbing service at home and abroad, described the working mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of different structure of wellhead blowout preventer device. On the basis of optimized equipment of snubbing service at home and abroad and proposed the technology research about the equipment of BOP wellhead snubbing service. In order to solve the problem of workover operations safety in oil field, efficient and so on, made the integration design programs of BOP wellhead snubbing service; developed a new type of wellhead blowout preventer system with oil under pressure operating on-site practical work.The integrated system design solves the pressure injection well workover operations with quick installation, transportation and other requirements.Ram Blowout Preventer achieved accurate allowing the coupling, the moves of its switch controled through the detect signals sent from hoop detection devices, the role of pressure balance device is balance the pressure difference blowout preventer gates before the action, so that BOP the upper and lower ram pressure balance under the conditions of action switches to reduce the impact of the system, reducing the top of the plastic core of the wear and prolong the life of the rubber core.BOP wellhead with pressure operation system as a whole to move device mainly consists of the bottom of the frame, the supporting frames, telescopic hydraulic cylinders, support beams and a number of key connection parts. The device can reduce the wellhead installation and removal time and improve operational efficiency under pressure. Proposed the welded steel structure which material is steel as the operating wellhead blowout preventer system with pressure as a whole framework for the relocation of equipment foundation, the plan make the flange beam and hollow square steel as carriage, and this basis integrated BOP, lifting cylinder the bottom frame, the supporting frames and others, overall the structure is compact, force is reasonable, Safety is stable. Carried out the structural design on the framework of bottom, supporting frames, telescopic hydraulic cylinders, bearings and other parts, and ANSYS analysis and calculation results show that the load of 10 to 30 tons to meet the strength requirements.Application of finite element analysis software integrated system for structural statics analysis to determine the safety and reliability of the system.In the theoretical study based on the indoor and field experiment,experimental proved that the system can adapt to the oil field operational requirements.
