潍坊大酒店餐饮业务发展战略研究

【摘要】 随着经济全球化步伐的加快,市场竞争愈演愈烈,市场环境也更加复杂多变。如何确立符合企业内、外部环境的战略这一问题,在现代企业的管理中益发凸显出重要性。本文研究了潍坊大酒店餐饮业务的发展战略。论文分析了国内、外餐饮市场的状况和潍坊大酒店餐饮业务的发展现状,运用战略管理理论,结合潍坊大酒店餐饮业务自身的特点,提出了潍坊大酒店餐饮业务以加工潍坊地方菜系为经营特点的经营发展方向,着重研究了潍坊大酒店餐饮业务经营中,通过标准化作业加工潍坊菜、提供亲情化服务等途径实施的差异化战略,并探讨了以连锁经营方式发展和扩张潍坊大酒店餐饮业务的战略设想。本文提出的潍坊大酒店餐饮业务的发展战略,对于指导潍坊大酒店餐饮业务的长远发展具有重要意义,同时,本文的研究成果对国内其他星级酒店餐饮业务选择发展战略也具有一定的借鉴意义。图4幅,表5个,参考文献39篇。

【Abstract】 With the development of global economy integration, market competition is becoming more and more violent and the market environment is becoming even more complex. How to establish an enterprise management strategy suitable for their development based on inner and external practical circumstances is very important in nowadays enterprise engagement. This thesis studied the development strategy of catering in Weifang Hotel.The thesis studied the overseas and the domestic catering market, and also it analysed the practical situation of the catering in Weifang Hotel. Combining their own catering characteristics,-this thesis pointed out the management development direction, that is:Weifang Hotel should put their working emphases in processing local dish system with a working standards and providing affection services.The development strategy of Weifang Hotel in this thesis has important significance for the long-term development of Weifang Hotel catering. And also, it gives useful references for other domestic star hotel when they make their own development strategy.4 pictures; 5 statistics; 39 reference documentation
