串联谐振感应加热电源的研究

【摘要】 感应加热作为一种加热手段,相比传统的加热方式,有着许多的优点。随着工业技术的发展,感应加热技术被越来越多的应用到各种工业加热场合,而感应加热电源作为加热设备的主要部件,起到非常重要的作用。同时,电力电子技术的发展,也促进了感应加热技术的不断革新。首先,本文对感应加热电源的结构做了原理性研究,再通过比较几种拓扑的形式,选择了串联谐振型逆变器。经过理论和仿真分析,确定电源适合工作在偏感性状态。分析了串联谐振型感应加热电源的负载特性和调功方式,确定了采用相控整流调功控制方式。分析了串联谐振逆变器的感性、容性工作模态和ZVS的换流,通过分析表明各个参数之间的关系。最后,在分析和计算公式的基础上进行了电源的参数设计和仿真,仿真证明了分析的正确性,成功完成ZVS换流。研究了锁相环的工作原理,对锁相环的性能进行了分析。对低频单片集成锁相环CD4046做了简单介绍。研究了短路过流保护电路,提出“间歇电流”保护电路的方法。

【Abstract】 Induction heating, as a heating method, has many advantages compared with traditional heating. The technology of induction heating has been used in many applications nowadays. And the development of the power semiconductors accelerates the technical renovation of induction heating.Mainly analyses the theory of induction heating power supply. After comparison of some inverter’s topologies, this paper selects the series inverter. The active state of series resonant interver are analyzed through theoretical and simulational analysis and the conclusion that induction quasi-resonant state is the better functional mode is drawn. The phase control rectifier as the power control mode had been determined in the article through the analysis of series resonant induction heating power supply’s characteristics of load and power regulation.The switching processes of series resonant inverter is researched. The zero-voltage-switching (ZVS) strategy to minimize the power loss is presented. The phase-locked loops theory and the basic structure of the phase-locked loops has been analyzed. Base on the analysis, a circuit is designed which solve the problem that the short circuit.
