人民胜利渠灌区节水改造技术研究

【摘要】 人民胜利渠灌区是黄河下游兴建的第一个大型引黄灌溉工程。开灌以来,不仅使灌区的工农业生产得到了很大的发展,同时对生态环境的改善及人民生活水平的提高都发挥了重要作用。但经过五十余年的运行,工程老化失修、渠道淤积、渠系及田间工程配套不全、水量供需矛盾等问题日益突出,已不能适应当前农业、工业及生活用水的要求,急需进行技术改造。本文在查阅国内外有关文献的基础上,充分调查研究了灌区的工程现状。从水土资源供需平衡、水资源优化配置、井渠结合、灌溉技术、泥沙处理等方面进行了节水改造研究。主要研究成果如下:(1)调查了人民胜利渠灌区水土资源概况,以水资源可持续发展为指导思想,分析了灌区来水和用水情况,对灌区农业、工业、城市生活等需水进行科学预测,进行了水土资源供需平衡分析。(2)在水资源优化配置理论研究的基础上,建立了人民胜利渠灌区水资源优化配置模型,对灌区各个用水部门的水资源进行了优化配置,并对优化结果进行分析和评价。(3)研究提出把人民胜利渠灌区建成具有两层含义的井渠结合灌区,并提出了灌区井渠结合形式与布局,以及田间工程配套模式。(4)研究选择了适宜该灌区的节水灌溉技术及工程设计技术参数,并提出了在井灌区实行低压管道输水与多孔软管相结合的节水新方法。(5)调查引黄灌区以往泥沙治理经验,提出了适合灌区泥沙处理的工程措施和管理措施,研究了实行浑水灌溉和分设沉沙池的综合治理方案。

【Abstract】 The people’s victory canal irrigation area is the first large-scale irrigation project in the lower reacher of Yellow River. Since beginning of irrigation, give birth to a very big development of industry and agriculture in the irrigation project, and have brought the important effect into ecological environment improvement and improvement of the people’s livelihood at the same time too. After working over fifty years, the project ages to be in disrepair, the channel sediment, the canal department and the incompletely field project, the gradually outstanding problem of water supply and demand contradictions. It can not adapt to the current agriculture, industry and city living with the water request, we must carry out a wart-saving technical improvement project.Based on domestic and abroad literature study, we have investigated and studyed of the project current situation of irrigation area sufficiently. The water-saving improvement project having been studying from resource balance of supply and demand, water resource optimize allocation, the Well-canal combined irrigation, the irrigation techniques, the disposing of channel sediment and other aspects. The main achievements are as following:(1) Have inquired into natural environment and climate the resource general situation of the people’s victory canal irrigation area. Taken water resource sustainable development as guiding ideology. Analysed condition of coming water and water demand. having carried out scientific forecasting of water demand of agriculture, industrial, city life. Having analysed balance to supply and demand of land resource and water resource.(2) Have built up model of the people’s victory canal irrigation area water resource optimization deploy based on studying in water resources theory, have carried out the optimization deploy and have analysis and valuation.(3) Have studied the Well-canal combined irrigation that having a two layer of the people’s victory canal irrigation area. have suggested the form and layout that the Well-canal combined irrigation area, and the field project supporting model. (4) Have choosed of the appropriate water-saving irrigation technology and engineering design of technical parameters, and first proposed in the new water-saving methods of low pressure hose pipe and more-hole pipeline in well irrigation area.(5) Have investigated former silt government experience of the Yellow river irrigation area, proposed the appropriate mechanical control measure and management measure, studying on the comprehensive ideas of sediment-water for irrigation and settling pond.
