锈蚀H型钢构件偏心受压性能研究

【摘要】 钢结构在自然大气环境中或在腐蚀环境下服役,钢结构难免会遭受腐蚀而对结构造成损伤。在役钢结构锈蚀不仅引起构件截面减少,同时还造成钢材的屈服强度、极限强度、屈强比、伸长率等力学性能指标随锈蚀程度加剧而急剧降低,严重影响了钢结构的安全性。开展腐蚀环境下在役锈蚀钢结构受力性能研究,探讨钢材锈蚀后材料性能的退化规律,研究钢结构锈蚀后构件受力性能退化机理,建立与锈蚀钢结构受力性能相一致的评估理论和方法。考虑到钢结构锈蚀问题多因素耦合作用及其不确定性,本文探讨了钢结构涂层的大气腐蚀特性,建立了钢结构大气腐蚀寿命预测模型,为涂层钢结构锈蚀后承载性能预测研究奠定基础。通过力学分析了均匀腐蚀和局部腐蚀对钢材平面外的稳定性能的影响,揭示了均匀腐蚀下试件弯扭屈曲荷载的变化规律,并分析了局部腐蚀面积对弯扭屈曲荷载的影响。运用ANSYS模拟了锈蚀H型钢柱偏心受压承载性能,探讨了锈蚀H型钢柱偏心受压性能退化,对比了不同情况下H型钢柱的承载能力。

【Abstract】 In corrosive environment or natural environment, Steel structure will inevitably suffer damage. Steel corrosion will reduce the member section and the steel yield strength, ultimate strength, yield ratio, mechanical properties of elongation which severely affecting the safety of steel structures. So studing the mechanical properties of steel corrosion and degradation of material properties will not only find the degradation of mechanical properties of the mechanism of steel structure in-service,but also provide a theory base which consistent with the mechanical properties of steel corrosion.By the corrosion of steel coupled effect and multi-factor uncertainty, this paper discusses the characteristics of atmospheric corrosion of steel coating,and establish a basis for research bearing properties of the corroded coated steel.The effect of uniform corrosion and localized corrosion on the stability of structure is analyzed by the mechanical way, the establishment of a corrosion specimen torsional buckling under the load variation, and analyzes the local corrosion area on the torsional buckling load of it.We can use ANSYS to simulate the capacity of corrosive H-steel columns under eccentric compression to discusses the corroded H-steel column eccentric compression performance and juxtapose the corroded H-steel eccentric compression bearing capacity in different situation.
