测控技术在固体火箭发动机质心测量中的应用

【摘要】 固体火箭发动机的质心位置是发动机的重要参数之一,对发动机的机动性、运行稳定性、运行安全性等都有着重要影响。在发动机的批生产过程中均需准确、快速地对发动机质心位置加以测量。本论文题目来源于单位科研课题,根据固体火箭发动机的特点,针对发动机的质心快速、高精度测量要求以及单位批生产的需要,采用卧式三点法测量原理,设计了一套基于现代测控技术的固体火箭发动机质心测量装置。本文论述了发动机质心测控系统的测量原理和总体组成,并详细论述了系统工程设计情况。通过对质心测量技术的研究,提出了适应于发动机批生产过程中质心测量特点的测量方法,并建立了基于计算机测控技术的测试系统;在系统设计中,对该测控系统所使用的元器件进行了选型。为了完成固体火箭发动机质心位置的测量,提出了测量的具体方法,设计了发动机位置测控系统,详细分析了测控技术的实现过程和基本原理,通过测控系统的数据处理单元实现了对发动机质心的测量。在误差分析中,详细分析了系统的测量误差来源和影响测量不确定度的因素,并通过对轴向和径向质心测量的精度分析计算,得到了该固体火箭发动机质心测量系统的轴向和径向质心测量的不确定度均小于设计指标要求,可见基于测控技术的质心测量系统具有足够高的测量精度,系统设计方案可行。

【Abstract】 The location of centroid is the one of important parameter of Solid Rocket Motor (SRM). It has important influence for the flexibleness of body, stability of running, safe of running and so on. When the SRMs are designed, tested and finalized, we need measure it accurately and fast.The present paper topic originates from the unit scientific research topic. According to the character of SRM and fast and high precision demand of centroid measure,as well as the unit approves the production the need, uses the horizontal-type three-point method survey principle, has designed a system based on modern monitoring technology SRM quality heart measuring devices.The paper particularly discusses emphatically the measure principle and composition of the centroid measure system, with emphasis on the system design .On the basis of technology of centroid measurement research, the measurement method which advantaged on the solid rocket motor has been proposed, and the testing system based on a computer- monitoring and control technologies has been established. In the system design, the control system components were used in selection . To complete the mass center of SRM position measurement, the measurement of the specific methods proposed, Has designed the SRM position observation and control system. A detailed analysis of the implementation process measurement and control technology and the basic principles. Through the monitoring and control system data processing unit to achieve a centroid measurement of SRM.In error analysis,detailed analysis of the system measurement error sources and the factors that affect the measurement uncertainty.And through the axial and radial center of mass measurement accuracy of calculation the paper analyzes the factors which influence measure system precision. Has been the centroid of the solid rocket motor, axial and radial measurement system centroid measurement uncertainty is less than the design requirements . Shows that the centroid measurement and control technology based measurement system with high enough accuracy, the system design is feasible.
