我国高水平球队助理教练员现状分析

【摘要】 我们国家篮球事业在竞技领域虽然取得了很大进步,但与世界篮球强国相比,还是存在着很大的差距。篮球训练水平相对偏低,尤其是青少年运动员训练水平比较低,训练强度不够大,都是很重要的原因。因此提高我们国家的篮球水平必须从提高教练员水平入手,提高教练员水平又需从提高教练员专项水平着手,提高教练员专项化水平必然导致专业性的分工。因此专业性,专职的助理教练必然成为今后我们国家篮球运动的发展趋势之一。本文以2008-2009年度参加CBA职业联赛的部分队伍的教练组、2008-2009年度青年联赛8强的部分队伍的教练组以及国家特体男女篮教练组为调查对象。通过文献调查法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、案例分析法、对比研究法以及数理分析法和逻辑分析法等对我国助理教练员现状进行了调查分析研究,得出以下结论:1、我国高水平篮球队助理教练群体基本状况是:在数量上偏少,在年龄结构上呈现出以年轻教练为主,中青年教练相对偏少的的三角型发展型人才结构。学历以本科毕业为主,少数具有硕士和博士等高学历人才。大多数具有高水平运动经历,有一半的助理教练员具有高级教练职称。另外,我国助理教练群体还存在着执教年限短,无主教练经历的人数比较多的现象。2、我国高水平球队助理教练群体的训练状况是:在体能训练上专业性不强,体能训练的计划性、延续性、科学性和针对性有所欠缺。在技术训练上利用自己的经验指导队员训练的比较多,但仍然存在着任务目的不清、质量要求不严的训练状况。而在技战术分析上仍然以传统的方法比较多,对录像剪辑和分析的助理教练员数量严重不足。3、我国高水平球队助理教练群体在球队管理上的情况是:大部分助理教练员需要为球队做一些客场辅助性工作和对球员开展和实施思想教育工作。但能为球队进行详尽人员推荐并作出球探报告的人极度缺乏。大部份助理教练员不太愿意人才流动性,缺乏竞争意识。4、球队管理层及主教练对助理教练员的认识主要是:普遍认同助理教练员工作的重要性,希望能在经济范围允许的情况下增加助理教练员的数量。希望助理教练员能在训练上给予球队全方位的帮助。同时,也愿意为助理教练员提供相应的价值回报。

【Abstract】 Although our national basketball career in the domain of athletics has made great progress, compared with the world basketball powers, there is a great gap. The basketball training, especially young athletes training is still in low level, the training intensity is not big enough. Those are all very important reasons for restrict our basketball improvement. Therefore improving the level of basketball start from improving our coaches training level, improving the level of coaches and trainers comes from improving the level of specialty. Improving the level of special coaches will lead to professional division. In that reason, the full-time professional assistant coach will become our country’s development trend of basketball sports.According to research on 2008-09 season attend the CBA league team coaching staff, part of the 2008-2009 youth league team coaching staff and national Special Boys and Girls Team coach staffs. Through the literature, questionnaire investigation, expert interview and case analysis, mathematical analysis and comparison research and logic analysis to our assistant coaches’situation analysis, some conclusions in below:1 In our country high level team, assistant coach group basic situation is:the number is less. In age structure shows with young coaches are dominated, comparatively little middle age and veteran coaches manage of triangular development-oriented talent structure. Education degree demonstrate that a great number in undergraduate course graduation, few have master and PhD degree etc. Most of assistant coaches have high level sport experience, half of the assistant coaches have senior coach titles. In addition, our assistant coach groups still exist phenomenon that is without lead coach experiences or short of coach experience.2, The level of training team assistant coach group is short of specialized in physical stamina training, the continuity and scientific of training plan are lacks. In technical training by using their experience guidance team training more, but there are not clear objectives, the quality requirements of training situation. In the method of analysis game, the traditional method are still more used than video editing and analysis, the assistant coaches special on video edit are seriously insufficient quantity.3、the high level group in the team assistant coach team management situation is most assistant coaches need to do some work for stimulate players and some manager work on guest match like check hotel room, reserve the airplane and so on. But the assistant coaches could recommend for team in detail and make a scout reports of the opponents are scarce. Most of the assistant coaches are reluctant to increase competitiveness and mobility of talented coaches.4、Team management and head coaches’attitude mainly are:Understanding the importance of assistant coaches’work, In the range of economic situation allowed added the quantity of assistant coaches. Assistant coach give more help in training team from all aspects. At the same time, also glad to provide the corresponding value for assistant coaches.
