机车信号无线传输系统区间设备主控单元的研究

【摘要】 基于轨道电路的机车信号系统存在局限性必然会影响铁路运输效率;既有线还有3万多公里闭塞设备陈旧、技术落后的半自动闭塞线路;基于无线通信的列车运行控制系统(R-CBTC)是铁路列控系统的发展方向,无线机车信号属于R-CBTC的简单形式,机车信号无线传输技术是实现无线机车信号系统的基础和关键。由此可见,机车信号信息无线传输系统解决方案有充分的研究背景和广泛的应用需求。论文提出采用“数传电台群”构成一种连续式无线机车信号系统,通过在铁路沿线设置数字传输电台,实现铁路区间无线场强完全覆盖。论文介绍了这种连续式无线机车信号系统的结构、工作原理和应用方案;提出了机车信号无线传输系统的技术要求以指导系统设计工作,主要包括:无线场强覆盖要求、车载设备要求、系统性能指标、可靠性设计原则等;在此基础上,给出了机车信号无线传输系统总体设计方案,主要内容包括:机车信号无线传输系统的结构及功能,网络结构,基本业务流程,系统通信协议等。当列车运行在区间时,机车信号信息首先是由站内设备传递到区间设备,再由区间设备向所管辖范围内的车载设备发送并接收车载设备的回执信息。由此可见,区间设备是联系车载设备和站内设备的重要桥梁,是整个无线传输网络中的关键节点。而区间设备主控单元又是区间设备中的关键单元。因此,本论文选取区间设备主控单元作为主要研究对象,详细论述了区间设备主控单元的硬件设计实现过程,硬件设计主要采用了ARM平台的高性能32位嵌入式控制芯片和Prote199SE开发工具。文章还给出了在系统集成试验平台上对区间设备主控单元进行功能测试的过程及结果。最后,指出了机车信号无线传输系统的应用方案:可以承载无线机车信号信息传输业务,用来构成多种不同制式的区间闭塞控制系统,或者与CTCS2级ATP设备结合使用以构成新型的CTCS2级列车运行控制系统。本论文设计的机车信号无线传输系统,是一种能够适应无线机车信号系统发展要求的无线移动通信平台,它可以承载连续式无线机车信号业务。另外,本论文设计的机车信号无线传输系统区间设备主控单元,是实现车地间双向通信闭环控制的关键设备,也是实现铁路闭塞区间机车信号信息通过无线方式连续、稳定、可靠传输的关键技术之一。

【Abstract】 The limitation of the Track-Based Cab Signal System is bound to affect the efficiency of railway transport. There are more than 30,000 km of the existing semi-automatic block tracks whose equipments and technology are backward. The Radio-Communication-Based Train Control System(R-CBTC) is the development direction of the train control system, the Radio-Based Cab Signal is a kind of simple form of the R-CBTC, and the locomotive signaling wireless transmission technology is the key to the Radio-Based Cab Signal System. It follows that:The locomotive signaling wireless transmission system resolution has sufficient research background and broad applications.In this paper, a type of the continuous radio-based Cab Signaling System which is composed of digital radio group is presented. It sets a few digital transmission stations along the railway to achieve full coverage range of wireless field Strength. The overall structure, the working mechanism and applications of the continuous radio-based Cab Signal System are also discussed. And then, the technical requirements of the Locomotive Signaling Wireless Transmission System are presented. It mainly includes that the field strength coverage requirements, vehicle equipment requirements, system performance, reliability design principle, Etc. Based on this, the whole design scheme of the Locomotive Signaling Wireless Transmission System is pointed out, it mainly includes that the system structure and function, the network structure, the basic business processes, the system communication protocols, and so on.When the trains run in the railway section block, the Locomotive Signaling is passed to the interval equipments from the station equipments firstly, and then, the interval equipments pass the Locomotive Signaling to the vehicle equipments that are belonged to the range of the interval equipments and receive the receipt message from the vehicle equipments. This shows that the interval equipments are an important bridge between the station equipments and the vehicle equipments, and are also the key nodes of the whole wireless transmission network. Therefore, this paper selects the main control unit of the interval equipment as the main object to study on, the details of hardware designing of the main control unit are presented, the hardware design uses the high performance 32-bit embedded ARM platform and the Protel99SE tools. The article also gives the process and results for the functional testing of the main Control unit on the integration testing platform. Finally, the applications of Locomotive Signaling Wireless Transmission System are pointed out:it can carry the Locomotive Signaling transmission business to form different kinds of railway section block control system. It also can be used in conjunction with CTCS2 level ATP to form new CTCS2 level train control system.The Locomotive Signaling Wireless Transmission System which is presented in this paper is a kind of wireless mobile communication platform that is able to adapt the development requirements of the Radio-Based Cab Signal System. And it not only can be used to carry the Radio-Based Cab Signal System, but also can carry the CBTC system. In addition, the main control unit of the interval equipment is not only the key equipment to achieve two-way communication between the interval equipments and the vehicle equipments, but also it’s one of the key technologies to achieve continuous, stable, and reliable transmission of the Locomotive Signaling through wireless means.
