【摘要】 四川成渝H股1997年10月在香港联合交易所挂牌交易,2009年7月四川成渝A股在上海证券交易所挂牌交易。四川成渝高速公路股份有限公司简称四川成渝,文中都采用这一简称。四川成渝发展至今已是一个国有控股,净资产达73亿元的大型基建类的集团公司。近三年公司加强规范化管理和精细化管理成效明显,公司净利润呈明显上升趋势。但就四川成渝永续发展的问题,还缺乏系统的研究。高速公路收费期限的有限性与资本永续之间的矛盾成为四川成渝紧迫而且又是亟待解决的问题。国内少部分高速公路公司进行了发展战略研究,但各个高速公路公司都有其自身特点,而且各高速公路公司所处地域差异,其发展受当地的政策环境、当地经济、行业发展状况等因素影响,所以其他高速公路公司的发展战略研究仅可参考,不能套用。为此,我将MBA论文的选题定位在四川成渝发展战略研究上,希望能够利用MBA课程所学知识,对四川成渝发展战略有一个较系统的认识,力求提供一点有价值的建议,有助于四川成渝的可持续发展。论文通过对国内及四川高速公路发展状况的简要分析,对四川成渝的发展现状进行研究,大胆提出自己的感受和心得。对论文中所引用的具体研究方法进行了说明,主要有：SWOT分析法——分析企业环境；波特的五种竞争力原理——对企业的行业竞争环境进行分析。通过对四川成渝的发展战略进行初步探讨和分析,从而完成MBA的学习和研究工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In October 1997, SichuanChengyu H shares were successfully listed and transacted on the HongKong Stock Exchange and in July 2009, SichuanChengyu A shares were listed and transacted on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Sichuan Chengyu Expressway Company Limited is abbreviated to SichuanChengyu and this abbreviation will be adopted in the following passage. Since then,the SichuanChengyu has developed into a big state-holding group company which has the net assets of 7.3 billion and majors in constructing infrastructure. In the last three years, the net profit of the company increase apparently for the fine management of standardization,but the issue of the sustainable development of the company lacks the systematic research. The conflict between expressway toll limitation and sustainability of the capital is an urgent and pressing problem to the company. Some domestic expressway companies research their strategy of development,but their strategy of development can only be referenced and can not be used in other companys because each expressway company has its own characteristics and their developments are affected by local policy,economy and the industrial development for the reason of the different district. Therefore,I will research the development strategy of the SichuanChengyu in this MBA thesis. I wish to have a systematic cognition and provide some valuable advices which contribute to the sustainable development of the SichuanChengyu, using the knowledge learned from the MBA class.After I analyze briefly the development situation of domestic expressway and sichuari’s expressway and research the current situation of the SichuanChengyu, I propose my point of view in the thesis. I demonstrate it in some concrete approaches which include mainly SWOT analysis-Analysis of business environment and Porter’s five competitive principles-the industry competitive environment for enterprises. I will complete my MBA study and research by probing and analyzing the development strategy of the SichuanChengyu.更多还原
