【摘要】 随着改革开放的发展,我国的经济结构的调整和经济体制的改革也不断深入。在经济不断快速增长的情况下,劳动就业问题越来越突出,成为经济发展过程中急需解决的问题。我国学者针对劳动就业问题也进行了大量的研究,但是对于西部中心城市——西安市的研究确是非常少的,还没有形成一定的研究体系以供参考。为了进一步了解改革开放以来,西安市在经济增长过程中的就业状况。本文作者在对西安市就业状况进行调查的基础上,以经济增长和就业理论作为指导,依据最新统计资料对西安市在经济增长过程中的就业状况进行研究。从经济增长与就业增长的总量关系、产业的结构、就业的结构、行业的结构等角度对西安市的就业状况进行分析,研究西安市的就业状况以及影响西安经济增长的因素,进而分析出由于西安的劳动力总量过多、劳动者素质偏低等原因使得西安的劳动力不能跟上西安经济发展的需要。最后提出通过提高劳动者素质、整合就业市场、加大政府投资、优化产业结构等方式促进西安的就业问题。通过研究西安市经济增长过程中的就业状况,进而为西安乃至西部其它省会城市在当前金融危机背景下制定振兴经济、扩大劳动就业相关政策具有重要现实意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with the development of reform and opening-up, China’s economic structure and economic system reform is unceasingly thorough.In the rapid growth of economy, under the situation of employment problem more and more prominent, and become the economic development process to solve problems. Chinese scholars on employment problem, but the center city of xian-research is very few, still not certain research system for reference.In order to further understanding of reform and opening-up, economic growth in the process of xian employment status. Based on the investigation of the employment status of xian, based on the theory of economic growth and employment with a guide, according to new data on economic growth in xian city in the process of employment conditions were studied. From the economic growth and employment growth of total industrial structure, the relationship and employment structure, industry structure on the employment situation of xian xian, research, analyze, and the employment situation and influence factors of economic growth in xian, and then analyze the workforce due to excessive, xian, employee causes the low quality of the workforce such xian xian cannot keep pace with the need of economic development. Finally, through improving the quality and increase the employment market integration of government investment, optimize industrial structure, etc. To promote the employment problem xian, Through the research of xian economic growth process, and employment conditions for the xian and other provincial capital cities in western current financial crisis for economic development background and expand employment policies have important practical significance.更多还原
