【摘要】 思想政治教育文化载体作为一种现代载体的重要类型,近年来在全国范围内得到广泛的运用和发展。思想政治教育文化载体在对人们的政治觉悟、思想观念、道德规范及行为产生渗透影响的同时,也面临着时代发展和各种社会思潮蔓延提出的新挑战。研究思想政治教育文化载体,对于加深正确认识,不断更新现有观念,密切注视其变化走向,及时有效地开发运用新的思想政治教育文化载体,从而充分发挥思想政治教育文化载体的思想政治教育作用具有重要的理论价值和实践价值。本文在借鉴已有研究成果的基础上,试图从三个方面来探讨这一课题。第一部分：思想政治教育文化载体的含义、类型、特性、功能及其研究价值。该部分是解决“思想政治教育文化载体是什么”的问题,是本文的逻辑起点和理论支撑。在借鉴前人研究成果的基础上,对“载体”、“文化载体”、“思想政治教育文化载体”这一组基本概念进行了重新界定。为了进一步揭示思想政治教育文化载体的内涵,本文还对思想政治教育文化载体的类型、特征、功能进行了归纳和探讨,并总结出研究思想政治教育文化载体的理论价值和实践价值。第二部分：思想政治教育文化载体的运用现状分析。该部分分析了当前思想政治教育文化载体运用中取得的成绩和存在的问题,并针对存在的不足进行了原因分析,为下文提出开发的理念和措施做了重要的铺垫。第三部分：思想政治教育文化载体的开发措施。这部分是本文的重点和难点,也是全文的落脚点。旨在阐述、总结和分析思想政治教育文化载体运用现状的基础上,提出推进新时期思想政治教育文化载体开发的有效措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years, the culture carriers of Ideological and political education as an important type of modern carriers are widely used and developed across the country. When they influence people’s political consciousness, ideas, ethics and behaviors, they also face new challenges that the times and various spread social thoughts proposed. Research on culture carriers of ideological political education for deepening the correct understanding of them, constantly updating existing concepts, closely monitoring their changes toward, timely effectively developing and using new culture carriers of ideological political education, thereby full playing their role have important theoretical and practice value. In this paper, reference has been the basis of research results, attempts to explore this subject in three aspects.Part I:the meaning, types, features, functions and research values of culture carriers of ideological and political education. This part solves the problem " what is Culture carrier of Ideological Political Education ", this is the article’s logical beginning and theoretical support. In reference predecessors’research results basis, "carrier" "cultural carriers" "ideological political education cultural carrier" This group basic concept conducted redefined. In order to further reveal the content of culture carriers of ideological and political education, this paper also summarized and discussed their types, characteristics and functions and summarized the research’s theoretical and practical value.Part II:the Situation Analysis of the use of the culture carriers of Ideological and Political Education. This part analysis the achievements and problems when used the culture carriers of ideological and political education, and address the deficiencies were the cause analysis, presented below the development of concepts and measures to make the important groundwork.Part III:the development measures of culture carries of Ideological and political education. This part is the paper’s important point and difficult point and this is also the end result of the full text.
