天中物流公司项目管理模式研究

【摘要】 随着社会经济发展,现代物流产业已经成为我国的支柱性产业,在国民经济中发挥着越来越重要的作用。世界经济一体化趋势的增强,使我国物流市场的竞争日趋激烈,这对尚处于发展初期的第三方物流配送企业提出了严峻的挑战。天中物流公司面对竞争和成本的压力,必须系统的分析客户需求的特点,科学的策划项目运营和管理模式,实现快速的市场响应速度、低廉的运营成本、优良的服务水平的企业目标。论文根据天中物流公司的业务范围和物流网络状况,以公司目前管理模式下存在的问题为研究对象,分析了第三方物流市场客户对产品、服务深度、运输渠道、质量要求、信息处理跟踪等需求因素的特点,并对天中物流目前的运输能力、运输渠道、物流时间、信息系统、货贷管理的能力作了客观的分析。在系统分析的基础上,对物流项目管理的模式进行了研究。论文从项目的可行性分析入手,考虑了项目的组织管理、异常情况的控制等因素的基础上建立了项目管理流程的模式,从技术应用、人力资源、作业方式、管理模式、制度创新、核心竞争力等方面进行了改善设计。并以王朝项目为研究对象,设计了项目的运营管理模式,对预期成果进行了论证。

【Abstract】 With the development of socio-economic, modern logistics industry has become a pillar industry in China, which is playing an increasingly important role in the national economy. China’s logistics market is becoming more competitive because of economic integration. This is a serious challenge for the third-party logistics which are still in the early stage of development. Logistics companies are facing competition and cost pressure. Logistics companies need for a systematic analysis of the characteristics of customer needs and scientific operation of the project planning and management, fast response speed of the market, low operating costs, excellent level of service business goals.This paper in accordance with the scope of the logistics business and logistics network conditions, use current management problems for the study, analysis the third-party logistics market customers products, depth of services, transport channels, quality requirements, such as information processing to track the characteristics of demand factors. This paper makes an objective analysis of the current transport capacity, transport channels, logistics time, information systems, loan management, and cargo capacity about Logistics companies.The logistics project management is studied based on the analysis model. From the project feasibility analysis, considering the organization of the project management, control of abnormal factors, establishes a Project Management Process model. From a technical application, human resources, operations, management, system innovation, the core aspects of competitiveness to improve the design. Design the project operation and management model and make the expected results of a demonstration which used Dynasty project for study.
