新型HID灯电子镇流器的研究

【摘要】 随着绿色照明计划在全球的推广,世界各国更加重视节能环保的照明器件的开发、研制和推广。由于气体放电灯具有发光效率高等优势,因而在照明领域得到了越来越广泛的应用,人们也把更多的目光投入到了电子镇流器等相关电路的研制中。本文首先回顾了气体放电灯和电子镇流器的发展过程,分析了气体放电灯的发光原理和负阻特性。分析了在气体放电灯的建模、气体放电灯的声谐振、电子镇流器的控制方法、电子镇流器启动电路及电子镇流器的结构等方面的研究现状,分析比较了三种单级式电子镇流器的工作原理。本文利用改进的Francis气体放电灯模型建立了高强度气体放电灯的数学模型,并用SIMULINK进行了仿真,观测该模型在50Hz和50KHz输入正弦信号作用下的电压、电流、电导等参数的变化情况。仿真结果表明该模型和实际的高强度气体放电灯(HID)特性比较一致。鉴于斩控式交流调压电路在电路结构、功率因数等方面的优良性能,本文提出了一种新型的基于交流斩波电路的单级式电子镇流器方案,设计了单管反串联电子开关交流斩波电路,使用非互补控制方式对开关管进行控制,并用SIMULINK进行了仿真调试。通过调节交流斩波电路的电感、电容等参数,使电路工作在电流断续模式。同时将电子镇流器串接气体放电灯系统等效为一个受控电流源与气体放电灯串联的电路,用SIMULINK进行仿真,验证所设计的这种电子镇流器的可行性。在理论分析和SIMULINK仿真的基础上,本文将设计的电子镇流器用硬件电路实现,搭建了样机,进行了实验。该样机设计了脉冲时序电路、电压电流检测电路等,采用恒流控制方式,选用了PIC16F877单片机完成系统控制。实验结果表明,该样机能实现调压调光功能,实现恒流控制,达到了设计目标。

【Abstract】 As the plan of Green Illumination is promoted in the world, every country pays more attention to the development of lighting device characterized of energy saving and environmental protection. Compared to incandescent lamps, the gas discharge lamp of high luminous efficiency has been used in the field of lighting more and more widely.And a lot of time is spend on the design of electronic ballast.In this paper, background knowledge on gas discharge lamp and electronic ballast is introduced firstly, and the light-emitting principle of the gas discharge lamp and characteristics of negative incremental impedance are analyzed. The modelling of gas discharge lamps, acoustic resonance of gas discharge lamp, control methods for electronic ballasts, igniter circuit of electronic ballasts and structures of electronic ballast are presented, and the working principle of three kinds of single-stage electronic ballasts is analyzed.In this paper, a modified model of gas discharge lamp is used to establish a mathematical model of high-intensity gas discharge lamp, which is carried out with SIMULINK toolbox. With input signal of 50Hz and 50KHz sinusoidal, the current, conductivity and other changes in parameters of the model are observed.Considering the excellent performance of AC chopper, a novel single stage electronic ballast based on AC chopper is proposed in this paper,and a single-tube electronic switch anti-Series AC chopper and non-complementary control of the switches are used. By simulating and debugging, the parameter of inductance and capacitance in chopper circuit in discontinuous current mode is regulated.On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of the output signal in AC Chopper circuit, AC Chopper circuit in series with gas discharge lamp ballast is equivalent to a controlled current source in series with gas discharge lamp.In the full theoretical analysis and simulation based on SIMULINK, prototype for the novel electronic ballast designed in this paper is generated, including pulse timing circuits, voltage/current detection circuits and so on. Many control functions is implemented by PIC16F877 MCU. Experimental results show that the prototype can achieve dimming regulator and constant-current control, and achieve the design goals.
