高中思想政治教师课堂教学行为研究

【摘要】 思想政治新课程改革为我们带来了全新的课程理念与教学理念,而理念的更新必须落实到政治教师的课堂教学行为上,才能真正推进新课程改革。思想政治教师课堂教学行为的提升,不仅需要在实践中不断练习和体会,还需要借助理论的支撑。笔者通过翻阅理论书籍以及在中国期刊网上搜集理论文献,发现当前针对思想政治这一特定的学科背景下的教师课堂教学行为研究还是较为缺乏,因此,本文借助问卷调查法,对上海市5个区的6所高级中学中的高一、高二年级学生进行问卷调查,希望透过学生的视角,较为客观地认识到高中思想政治教师课堂教学行为现状,了解高中思想政治教师课堂教学行为的特点,并发现其中的问题。由于课堂教学难以处处都在教师的控制和预料中,思想政治课堂教学往往处在复杂多变,又具有生成性的情况下,政治教师的课堂教学行为总是在不停地转化。因此,本文主要针对高中思想政治教师的课堂讲述行为、板书行为、提问行为、交流行为、学习兴趣的激发行为,这五项主要课堂教学行为进行研究。问卷调查的结果反映,思想政治教师课堂教学行为的确受到新课程理念的影响,从教学准备行为,到课堂上的主要教学行为,以及课后教学反思,都发生了一系列的变化。对于思想政治教师主要课堂教学行为现状,本文在调查研究中总结出了六大问题:课前教学准备行为不足影响课堂教学行为的展开;讲述行为在课堂教学中占较大比重;板书行为过多依赖多媒体教学技术,传统板书能力有所削弱;提问难易程度把握不足,问题价值性和反馈能力有待提高;课堂交流行为不到位,学生难信服;部分学习兴趣激发行为流于形式。思想政治教师课堂教学行为总是受到教师教育理念,包括本体性知识、条件性知识、实践性知识和一般文化知识的知识结构,以及教学效能感等主观因素的影响,当然也与授课班级学生的学习情况、认知水平、性格、爱好,以及政治教师所处的工作环境、学校氛围、工作负担等各方面的客观因素有关。因此,要提高思想政治课堂教学效果,不仅需要政治教师不断努力改进自身的教学行为,还需要各方面的共同配合。思想政治教师课堂教学行为的改进,需要一定的策略支持,因此,对于问卷调查的结论分析中提出的当前政治教师课堂教学行为中存在的问题,本文有针对性地提出了思想政治教师讲述行为优化策略、板书行为优化策略、提问行为优化策略、交流行为优化策略、激发学生学习兴趣行为优化策略。

【Abstract】 The reform of ideological and political curriculum has brought us new concept of curriculum and conception of teaching. The updating concept has to be implemented in the politics classroom teaching behaviour that the new curriculum reform can really be pressed ahead. To enhance the political classroom teaching behaviour, it needs not only the constant practice and experience, but also the theory support. Through referring to the theory books and collecting the documents on the CNKI, the author found that it rather lack of study on the classroom teaching behaviour under the background of ideological and political curriculum. So questionnaire was used in this thesis, chooseing freshmen and sophomore of six high schools from five districts in Shanghai as research subjects, in order to objectively learn about the current situation and characteristics of politics classroom teaching behaviour in high school, and find the problems in it.As it’s difficult to keep every situation under the teacher’s control and in anticipation, and the ideological and political teaching is always complex and generative, the ideological and political classroom teaching behaviours are in constant transformation. Therefore the thesis mainly researches on classroom instruction behaviour, board writing behaviour, question behaviour, communication behaviour and behaviour of stimulating students’ learning interests.Questionnaire results reflect that politics teachers’ classroom teaching behaviours are certainly influenced by new concept of curriculum. A series of changes have taken place in terms of teaching preparatory behaviour, main classroom teaching behaviours and after-class teaching reflection. The thesis has summarized six issues on the current situation about politics teachers’ classroom teaching behaviours. They are lacking of teaching preparation which affect the development of classroom teaching behaviours; instruction behaviour accounting for a large proportion of all the classroom teaching behaviours; too much multimedia teaching technology used in board writing behaviour weakened the traditional boarding writing ability; hard to grasp the difficulty of question and need to improve the value of question and ability of feedback; less of appropriate communication can’t convince the students; part of learning interests stimulating behaviours turning out to be a mere formality.Politics teachers’ classroom teaching behaviours are always influenced by their education philosophy;knowledge structure which includes subject-matter knowledge, conditional knowledge practical knowledge and general cultural knowledge; sense of teaching efficacy and some other subjective factors. Of course, those behaviours are also related with the students’ learning, cognition, disposition, personal interests, working environment, teaching atmosphere, workload and some other objective factors. Therefore, to improve the effect of teaching politics, it not only needs politics teachers’ unremitting efforts for improving their own teaching behaviours, but also needs support from all parts.The improvement of politics teachers classroom teaching behaviours needs strategic support, therefore, in view of the problems of politics teachers’ classroom teaching behaviours concluded in the questionnaire survey, the thesis puts forward five optimization strategies for politics teachers’ classroom instruction behaviour, board writing behaviour, question behaviour, communication behaviour and behaviour of stimulating students’ learning interests.
