全数字渔业电台接口及信令的设计与实现

【摘要】 由于种种原因渔业电台发展缓慢,市场上使用的电台普遍存在通信建立时间长、语音质量差等问题。本课题研制一种通信建立时间短、通话清晰的全数字渔业船用电台,对我国渔业通信的发展有很大的现实意义。论文首先介绍了课题研究的背景,分析了研制开发全数字渔业电台的重要性。其次,介绍了本系统的总体方案、指标和功能,并给出系统硬件设计方案。第三,结合单片机、DSP和FPGA三个芯片的特点以及片上资源情况,按照硬件电路通用、软件编程简单的设计原则,设计了单片机和DSP,DSP和FPGA之间的通信接口协议。第四,借鉴当前一些移动通信系统的信令技术,通过Matlab仿真详细比较了随路信令及共路信令方案的特点,结合本电台的具体要求,设计了一种数字信令方案。最后,设计了电台基本功能的通信流程,并进行了测试,结果表明设计的数字信令方案达到了预期效果。

【Abstract】 Due to various reasons, fishery radio developes slowly. The fishery radio in the market is long in communication setup time and is poor in quality of voice. So, it is very important to design and develope a new all-digital radio with short setup time and clear voice quality.Firstly, the background and significance of developing a new all-digital radio is described. Secondly, the general structure, characteristics and function of fishery marine radio are given. In addition, the scheme of hardware for the radio is also given. Thirdly, the communication interface protocols between MCU and DSP, DSP and FPGA are designed according to the principles of more universal hardware circuit and simpler software programming. In the design of the interface protocols, the features and resources of MCU, DSP and FPGA are taken into account in a whole. Fourthly, with some of the current mobile communication systems as a reference and according to the requirement of the radio, a digital signaling is designed based on the comparison of the characteristics between the common channel signaling and associated signaling system by Matlab simulation software. Finally, the communication procedure is designed, implemented and measured. The test results show that the signaling design is reasonable, effective and feasible.
