宽带无源功率均衡器技术研究

【摘要】 随着科学技术的发展,下一代雷达、电子战系统对激励发射天线的微波模块的功率电平和特性提出了更高的要求。作为MPM的重要组成部件,宽频带固态功率驱动模块研制的难点和关键是宽频带功率均衡器的研制。微带功率均衡器具有体积小、重量轻、便于集成等优点,因此在固态放大电路中得到广泛应用。本文提出了一种切实可行的微带功率均衡器设计方法,研制了一种基于微带线设计的6-18GHz宽带无源功率均衡器,并对其负载的短路、开路情况进行软件仿真分析和优化,然后进行工程实现。宽带微带功率均衡器的设计是我们在这一领域中的尝试,同时为以后研制宽带相位均衡器奠定基础。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the art, microwave modules which would be used to droved radioactive antenna should have higher power level and better performance of in the next generation of radar and electronic warfare systems. As the most important part of MPM, the research of wideband solid-state driver module, especially the wideband power equalizer is the key technology.As a type of transmission line, microstrip power equalizer have many advantages which include small size, light weight, easy to integrated and so on. In this paper, the design methods of microstrip power equalizer were studied. The author proposed a new practical design method.The research of 6-18GHz wideband non-active microstrip power equalizer is the key and difficult part in this dissertation. The author accomplished the simulative work, manufactured, analyzed result of open and close circuits.It is the first time to design wideband Microstrip power equalizer which is the most important competent of MPM in our institute.At the same time,it established the technical foundation to develop phase equalizer
