基于PXI总线的整车气制动模拟测试系统

【摘要】 本文阐述了整车气制动系统原理,设计并实现了基于PXI总线的虚拟仪器技术,结合气动控制、电气控制、机械传动技术的商用车整车气制动系统模拟测控系统。该系统核心采用NI公司PXI硬件平台结合LabVIEW软件开发,采用技术稳定、先进的现场测量仪表和控制设备,实现了整车气制动系统各制动工况控制的模拟及自动检测,完全适用于工厂条件下整车各工况的综合性能测试;同时可模拟汽车实车测试过程中,制动系统的各部件的工作状态检测和特性检测;自动完成气制动系统寿命试验,并可用于多种车型制动系统的匹配测试。系统采用了成熟的PXI总线平台,具有集成度高、稳定性好、抗干扰强、操作维护简单等特点。该系统在应用厂家已稳定运行半年时间,极大地提高了应用厂家在国内汽车气动系统中的测试水平,对于虚拟仪器产品在国内汽车行业自动检测系统中的应用具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 This paper mainly introduces virtual instrument technology of PXI bus, the development of the commercial vehicle gas brake system simulation and control system, which combinated pneumatic control, electric control, mechanical drive technology. The system utilizes NI’s PXI hardware platform, and LabVIEW, the software development platform, with the stable and advanced field measurement instrumentation and control equipment, to achieve simulation conditions and automatic detection of brake control on a vehicle gas brake system, and which absolutely suitable for the comprehensive performance testing of the whole vehicle in factory. At the same time, The system can simulate the working detection and inspection of brake system in the process of the real vehicle test. With the system, the life test of gas brake system was completed automatically, and matched the test of the different models of vehicles braking system.The system has normally work for half a year in consumer’s factory, improved enormously in domestic domain of the consumer’s testing level of the automobile gas brake system. It is very significance for the application of virtual instrument to the automatic test system of th domestic automobile industry.
