支持快速扩散制造的工作流管理技术研究

【摘要】 现代高技术战争要求武器装备制造技术必须满足战时军工产品快速大批量生产的需求。快速扩散制造(Rapid Extended Manufacturing, REM)就是为了满足新国防环境下武器装备快速变批量生产需求提出的一种新的生产制造模式。工作流管理是一项近年来迅速发展的技术,它的主要作用是让合适的人或软件在恰当的时间执行正确的工作,使处理过程自动化。从生产的角度出发,快速扩散制造中的生产活动可以被视为由多个相互关联的不同层次的流程组成,如生产进度管理流程、加工工艺修改流程、质量检验流程等,这些流程都可以使用工作流技术进行有效地管理。在这种不可抗拒的技术背景下,工作流技术为快速扩散制造的高效运作和管理提供了很好的解决方案,是实现快速扩散制造的有效途径之一,有着广阔的应用前景和非常重要的意义。本文在对快速扩散制造中生产流程研究的基础上,结合快速扩散制造模式和工作流管理的特点,将工作流技术应用到快速扩散制造过程。具体研究内容包括以下几个方面:(1)分析快速扩散制造的流程特点,研究工作流管理系统中的工作流建模技术,建立了适合快速扩散制造的Petri网工作流过程模型和基于角色的组织模型。(2)根据快速扩散制造对工作流管理的要求,建立了支持快速扩散制造的工作流引擎运行控制模型,对工作流引擎控制技术和实现进行了详细研究。(3)结合系统开发平台Microsoft.NET,研究了支持快速扩散制造的工作流管理系统的体系框架和实现功能,并开发了支持快速扩散制造的工作流原型系统。
【Abstract】 The modern high-tech war requests that armament manufacturing technology must meet the requirement of rapidly producing armament for large quantities as war breaks out. Rapid Extended Manufacturing (REM) is a new producing mode to meet the requirement of armament rapid batch variable production in the new National Defense environment.Workflow is a kind of technologies, which has quickly developed in the past few years. Its function is to arrange suitable people or software to perform right tasks at right time, and automate business processes. In the view of produce, the activities in REM can be regarded as many interrelated and hierarchical flows, such as manufacturing schedule flow, processing technic amending flow and quality inspection flow. All the flows can be managed with workflow technology. Under these irresistible technology circumstances, workflow technology offers the solution to achieve productive working and management in REM. So it has wide uses and important meaning.Then based on the research of flows in REM and combining model of REM with the feature of workflow management, workflow technology is applied into Rapid Extended Manufacturing system (REMS). The details research contents are given as follows:(1) After analyzing the feature of flows in REM, the paper researches the workflow modeling technology, and puts forward the workflow modeling of Petri net and Role based access control to support REM.(2) Based on the requirement of workflow management supporting REM, the paper establishes the model of workflow runtime control, and carefully studies the technology of workflow runtime control and implementation.(3) Binding the development environment, the function model and framework of workflow management system supporting REM are researched. The prototype system is developed.
