【摘要】 随着经济的发展,中国的城市也在迅速发展,城市环境正面临着巨大的压力,城市垃圾围城现象已十分普遍,因此垃圾处理已经成为严重的问题。处理垃圾,迫在眉睫,因此,建立垃圾处理示范厂是非常必要。在投资前,对项目科学的可行性研究,是提高投资回报的一个重要手段,而且还是为投资者,决策者,提供科学决策依据。本文提出了要建立垃圾处理示范厂,并对其进行了可行性分析,主要是通过市场供给和需求分析,技术分析,财务分析和风险分析等方法,证明项目的可行性。本文对垃圾处理示范厂项目可行性分析,结合项目管理,工程经济学,项目评估,市场营销,财务管理学科,如理论的理性分析和评价指标体系的设置和选择统计分析数据集中于项目财务净现值,内部收益率,投资回收期和其他财务指标的计算和分析,同时对项目盈亏平衡分析和敏感性分析,表现出了合理的投资项目,可行性。通过综合分析该项目的效益。在国民经济中,在先进的技术可行性方面,财务的可行性方面,该项目都是可行的。同时,在研究过程中,注重对实践的指导性和应用性,提出的方法和手段具有较强的实用性,本文管理方案中所列举的控制方法和手段,不仅可以在今后实施的其他相关项目中得到应用,而且对同类行业的相关项目的实施具有较好的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With economics developing, Chinese cities are also the rapid development. Urban environment is faced with enormous pressure, the phenomenon of city garbage, as well as deal with the garbage problem has become acute. Dealing with the litter and therefore imminent, the construction of waste treatment demonstration plant is very necessary at the pre-investment projects for new scientific feasibility studies, to enhance investment returns are an important means of management, but also for investors, policy makers, to provide scientific decision-making basis.In this paper, a model plant for refusing disposal carry out a feasibility analysis, mainly through the market supply and demand analysis, technical analysis, financial analysis and risk analysis and other methods, demonstrated the feasibility of the project.In this paper, a model plant for garbage treatment project feasibility analysis, a combination of project management, engineering economics, project evaluation, marketing, financial management disciplines, such as the theory of rational analysis and evaluation index system settings and select the analysis of statistical data focusing on project financial net present value, internal rate of return, payback period and other financial indicators were calculated and analyzed simultaneously on the project break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis, demonstrated a reasonable investment of the project, feasibility.Through a comprehensive analysis of the project effectiveness in the national economy, with the feasibility of advanced technologies, evaluation of possible financial benefits, the project is feasible.The methods and means put forward in this paper have stronger actual effects. The controlling methods and means of the managing scheme enumerated in this paper can not only be applied in the stage of Longhand oil station project in the future, but also has a better reference to the installation project of the construction of the similar Industry.更多还原
