【摘要】 烟草产业是我国产业结构中的重要组成部分,大型烟草工业企业为我国创造了大量的税收收入。近年来,世界烟草格局正在发生着悄然的变化,面对行业内外部不断变化竞争环境,分析大型烟草工业企业的竞争力状况,有针对性地提出竞争力的提升对策,对我国烟草行业的持续发展具有重要意义。本论文对大型烟草工业企业竞争力进行了研究。介绍了大型烟草工业企业所处的内外部竞争环境,分析了大型烟草工业企业存在的问题。论文建立了大型烟草工业企业竞争力分析的基本框架,从企业生存竞争力和企业发展竞争力两个方面出发,将大型烟草工业企业竞争力评价指标体系分为4个层次25个指标构成。论文构建了大型烟草工业企业竞争力评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对大型烟草工业企业竞争力状况进行了实证研究。并且,根据评价结果,提出大型烟草工业企业的竞争力的提升对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tobacco industry is a key integral part in our domestic industrial structure. Large tobacco industry enterprises contribute a huge sum of tax income for the nation. Recent years have witnessed slight changes in global tobacco pattern. In the face of internal and external changing competition, analyzing the large tobacco industry enterprises’competitiveness and proposing competitiveness improving countermeasures purposefully will play a significant role in the sustainable development of our tobacco industry.The thesis focuses on the competitiveness of large tobacco industry enterprises, introducing internal and external competing environment around large tobacco industry enterprises and analyzing problems inside them.The thesis establishes a basic analytical framework of the large tobacco industry enterprises’competitiveness. From the perspectives of enterprises’ surviving competitiveness and enterprises’developing competitiveness, the tobacco industry enterprises’competitiveness evaluation index system comprises of 4 levels and 25 indexes. The thesis constructs the large tobacco industry enterprises’competitiveness evaluation index system, and applies evidence-based research on the large tobacco industry enterprises’competitive readiness with AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process). Meanwhile, according to the evaluation results, the thesis puts forward competitiveness improving countermeasures for large tobacco industry enterprises.更多还原
