【副题名】以昆明市北部五县区为例

【摘要】 近年来,中国的经济呈快速增长的趋势,但是地区差距日趋拉大,产业结构趋同等问题也十分突出。特色经济作为优化产业结构、缩小地区差距的一个新思路,受到了各界人士的普遍关注。特别是经济欠发达地区,它的发展关系到我国西部大开发战略的实施以及和谐社会的构建,而低度化的经济发展和脆弱的生态环境,决定了它必须改变传统的工业发展模式,走发展特色经济之路,实现欠发达地区的跨越式发展。论文运用区域经济学、社会学、经济学等基本原理,首先对欠发达地区特色经济发展的条件进行分析,然后构建欠发达地区发展特色经济的政策体系,并对昆明市北部五县区进行实证研究,把欠发达地区特色经济的理论运用于实践。论文共分为六个部分。第一部分,明确了论文选题的背景、目的和意义,对国内外特色经济的研究进行归纳与评述,得到欠发达地区发展特色经济的一些可供借鉴的经验,并辨别了一组与特色经济论题相关的概念。第二部分,特色经济的理论基础。介绍了特色经济的内涵、影响因素、特色经济与产业结构、城市化、可持续发展之间的互动关系。第三部分,欠发达地区特色经济发展的条件分析。分别从自然环境、社会经济环境和文化环境几个方面分析欠发达地区发展特色经济的优势和劣势。第四部分,构建欠发达地区发展特色经济的政策体系。首先阐述了欠发达地区发展特色经济存在的问题,然后从经济、社会、生态、环境和政治等方面明确提出政策实施所要达到的目标。最后从特色环境的营造、特色产业的培育、特色市场的建设、资金的筹集和人才的培养几个方面构建欠发达地区发展特色经济的政策体系。第五部分,理论与实证相结合。运用定性定量分析相结合的方法,首先分析了昆明市北部五县区发展特色经济的条件,然后以特色产业的特征为依据,构建识别特色产业的指标体系,再采用主成分分析法,识别出昆明市北部五县区的特色产业,最后提出昆明市北部五县区发展特色经济的总体思路及发展路径。第六部分,结论部分。对研究中得出的结论及有待进一步研究的问题作简要概括。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the recent years, China’s economy has been growing very quickly, but the growth gap between regions is getting big and the similarity of industry structures is remarkable. The new idea of Characteristic Economy to better industry structure and narrow the growth gap is becoming popular among the professions of the fields. Especially for the underdeveloped regions, their development is strongly related with the policy of West China Exploration Strategy and the Harmonious Society Structure. The low economic growth and weak biological environment make them change the traditional industry model and adopt the characteristic economy. Then the underdeveloped regions can have great leap in their economy. The article adopts the theories of the regional economics, sociology and economics to analyze the conditions of the characteristic economy in the underdeveloped regions and how to set up the policy system of characteristic economy. It also applies the theory to the practice of the five counties and districts in the north of Kunming City. The article contains six parts:Part I The summary of the researching in characteristic economy. It gives the background, purpose and significance of the topic. It applies some references on the Characteristic Economy in China and some foreign countries. There are some good examples for the underdeveloped regions to follow and some explanations for the concept of Characteristic Economy. Furthermore,it include the structure of content, the expected goal of this article methods of research and the route of technology.Part II The theory of characteristic. It introduces the content, impact element of Characteristic Economy, the relation of Characteristic Economy with industry structure, urbanization and sustainable development.PartⅢThe analyses of the conditions of Characteristic Economy in the underdeveloped regions. This part adopts the qualitative method to analyze the advantage and inferior position of characteristic economy in nature environment, social and economic environment and culture environment in underdeveloeped regions. Part IV Set up the policy system of Characteristic Economy in the underdeveloped regions.first,it brings forward the question.second,present the goal of policy in economy society,biology environment and politics.At last,it put up with policy system in six aspect,it is building environment,fostering industry,building the market and fostering human resorses.Part V The theory and practice of the Characteristic Economy in the North Counties and districts of Kunming City. This part adopts the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to analyze the developing conditions and set up a index system to identify the characteristic industry by its character.Then it adopts the principle component analysis to identify the characteristic industry in North counties and districts of Kunming City. At last,it present the whole way and route of characteristic economy.Part VI Conclusion of the research and topics for the future research on Characteristic Economy.更多还原
