贵州实验动物香猪营养需要模型研究

【摘要】 试验选用贵州从江香猪34头,公母各半分为4组,试验前屠宰一公一母做本底值,采用不同能量、蛋白质进食水平进行日粮试验设计,通过饲养试验、比较屠宰试验和实验室分析相结合的方法,对贵州香猪能量、蛋白质(氨基酸)、钙和磷营养需要模型进行了研究。结果表明:(1)贵州从江香猪的能量代谢规律:维持需要:每kg代谢体重为需要代谢能431.7kJ。其与代谢体重的回归关系为:ME(MJ/d)=-0.0939(BW0.75)3+2.2129(BW0.75)2-16.29BW0.75+40.866(R2=0.9382)生长代谢能需要: 7-16kg体重段:ME(MJ/d)=0.432W0.75+19.75×预期日增重(kg) 16-25kg体重段:ME(MJ/d)=0.432W0.75+21.94×预期日增重(kg)(2)贵州香猪蛋白质沉积规律:沉积蛋白(g/d)=1.1675(BW0.75)3+25.735(BW0.75)2-181BW0.75+435.62(R2=0.8826)沉积TAA(g/d)=-0.00005ADG3-0.0009ADG2+0.1284ADG-4.7993(R2=0.9629)沉积T-Lys(g/d)=-0.0000233ADG3-0.0009ADG2+0.1284ADG-4.7993(R2=0.9629)(3)贵州香猪钙、磷的沉积规律:沉积Ca(g/d)=0.0016BW3-0.075BW2+1.109BW-3.7929(R2=0.823)沉积P(g/d)=-0.0001BW3+0.0017BW2+0.0791BW-0.3393(R2=0.9469)

【Abstract】 34 Guizhou Xiang piglets, half male and female (two of which, one male and onefemale, were slaughtered before the growth trial to take a base data), were put into 4groups, eight piglets a group, to study the requirement model of energy, protein,calcium and phoshorus by conbining with growth trial, comparision abatage trial andlaboratory analysis. The findings indicate that:First, energy metabolism regularity of Guizhou Congjiang Xiang piglet:Maintenance requirement: each kilogram of metabolic weight needs 431.7kJmetabolic energy.
