知识型企业员工创新能力建设研究

【摘要】 进入21世纪,企业发展面临的最大环境莫过于知识经济的到来,知识的更新使得知识型企业能逐渐地关心到创新能力上来,为次针对知识型企业员工新能力建设显得重要。本研究从理论与实践的角度,借鉴国外关于早期创新能力建设研究以及实践的成功经验,探讨了与创新能力及创新能力建设相关的一系列理论问题,继而重点阐述了知识型企业员工创新能力建设措施与方法。创新能力培训、完善激励机制、重视创新基金投入以及完善人力资源管理要求都是知识型企业员工创新能力建设工作的中必须措施,除此之外,搭建一种良好的有利于企业员工创新能力建设环境平台也是必不可少的。本研究具有极强实践应用性和前沿性。并大胆地对员工创新能力建设概念界定,并提出知识型员工创新能力建设可取途径,通过研究结果不仅能够丰富企业人力资源理论,而且在实践上为知识型企业在今后日益激烈竞争中的创新实践活动将提供理论指导和支持。
