基于C8051F310的油耗数据采集与传输系统研究

【摘要】 随着超声波流量测量技术、GSM通讯技术及嵌入式系统技术的广泛应用,钻井工作呈现出了智能化、网络化和信息化的发展趋势。油料管理数字化也是数字化钻井的一个重要组成部分。本文对钻井现场采用的超声波流量计进行了分析研究,采用流行的C8051F310微处理器、串口扩展芯片GM8125、GPRS模块、485总线芯片SN75276,设计了一套基于C8051F310的油耗数据采集与传输系统,该系统可以实时监测钻井过程中主要设备的柴油消耗,将监测的结果通过工业级485总线采集处理,并存储到嵌入式计量终端系统,然后通过GPRS网络实时传送到钻井公司监测中心。本论文详细介绍了系统的硬件组成部分及其作用,完成了核心控制单元和接口单元的设计,给出了整个系统软件流程图和部分子程序流程图。本系统具有高精度数据采集和远程控制处理能力,有较强的实际应用价值。实践证明,系统运行稳定可靠,使用方便灵活,达到了预期效果。

【Abstract】 Along with the broad application of ultrasonic flow measurement technology,GSM communication technology and embedded system technology,such development trend is being formed as intellectualization,networking and information for drilling job.Also,the digital fuel management is an important part of digitalized drilling.Analysis and research are conducted in this paper on ultrasonic flow meter deployed on drilling site and a set of fuel consumption acquisition data and transmission system based on C8051F310 is designed by virtue of currently popular C8051F310 microprocessor,serial port expansion chip GM8125,GPRS module and 485 bus chip SN75276.Such system can conduct real-time monitoring on fuel consumption of major equipments deployed during drilling, acquire and process such monitored results through industrial 485 bus,store them on the embedded measuring terminal system and then transmit them to the Monitoring Center of Drilling Company through GPRS network in real time.Detailed information has been introduced in this paper to the hardware compositions and their functions in the system,the designs of core control unit and interface unit are completed and the whole system software flowchart and partial subprogram flowchart are presented.The system has high precision data acquisition and remote control and processing abilities and strong actual application value.The practices have proven that the system is stable and reliable and is convenient and flexible to operate and has achieved the forecasted results.
