论思想政治教育的人文关怀及其实现

【摘要】 中国共产党十六届三中全会提出了以人为本的科学发展观,尊重人的价值,提高人的地位已成为全社会的共识。然而,传统思想政治教育重视社会价值,忽视个人需要,重视理论教育,轻视实践活动,重视共性要求,漠视个性特点,不能适应时代发展潮流。胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中提出“加强和改进思想政治工作,注重人文关怀和心理疏导,用正确方式处理人际关系”。人文关怀是对新时期思想政治教育提出的新的要求,也是全面落实和深入贯彻科学发展观的具体表现。本文认为思想政治教育人文关怀就是思想政治教育者把人作为教育的出发点和归宿,满足人的现实需要,尊重人、理解人和爱护人,并以人性化的方式开展教育活动,促进人的全面发展。人文关怀理念的提出,对于新时期加强和改进思想政治教育具有重大的意义。本文共分五个部分:第一部分,绪论。我国传统思想政治教育缺乏人文关怀,由此,胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中对思想政治教育提出新的指导思想。国内众多学者通过不同角度来阐释思想政治教育人文关怀,在认真分析和研究这些观点的基础上,提出了思想政治教育人文关怀的内涵。最后介绍了本文的研究目的、方法、创新之处和思路。第二部分,新时期思想政治教育呼唤人文关怀理念。在社会主义现代化建设过程中会出现很多问题,思想政治教育人文关怀能够协调社会矛盾,引导人的价值导向,帮助人们树立正确的人生观和道德观,促进社会和谐,提高人的精神境界。人文关怀理念的确立,使思想政治教育更重视人的价值并且更加尊重人的主体地位,有利于提高教育效果和推进自身发展。第三部分,思想政治教育人文关怀的理论依据。中国传统文化中人本精神重视人的作用,提倡高尚道德;西方文化中的人文思想维护人的权利,追求个性自由;马克思主义满足人的需要,促进人的全面发展,这些都为思想政治教育人文关怀提供坚实的理论基础。第四部分,思想政治教育人文关怀的内容体系。思想政治教育要想提高吸引力和有效性,教育内容就必须尊重人的存在和价值,满足人的合理需要,提高人的主动性和自觉性,促进人的心理健康。第五部分,思想政治教育人文关怀的原则和方法。在思想政治教育实践中实现人文关怀,必须坚持民主平等性原则、层次差异性原则、利益原则、整合原则和沟通原则。不同教育方法具有不同的特点,为了提高教育效果,要注意综合运用不同教育方法,可以把解决思想问题与解决实际问题相结合、隐形教育与显形教育相结合、身教与言教相结合、理论教育与实践教育相结合以及理性教育与情感教育相结合,只有这样,才能实现思想政治教育人文关怀的目的。思想政治教育人文关怀理念的确立,是思想政治教育现代化的内在要求,也是时代发展的客观需要,是新时期思想政治教育必须坚持的指导思想。思想政治教育人文关怀对于加强和改进思想政治教育工作,促进社会主义和谐社会建设和中国特色社会主义现代化的建设,促进人的全面发展和社会的不断进步,都有极其重要的意义。

【Abstract】 The Third Plenary Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party brought forward the Scientific Outlook on Development insisting on "People first", Respecting for Humane values and enhancing the status of people has become a society-wide consensus. But traditional ideological and political education values social values, neglects personal needs, pays attention to theoretical education, underrates the practice, pays attention to common requirements, ignores the personality characteristics, so it can not meet the development trend of the times. General Secretary Hu Jintao’s report at the seventeenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party read "We should strengthen and improve the ideological and political work, pay attention to psychological care and humane solicitude, use correct approaches to process interpersonal relations" This thesis holds the view that humane solicitude in the ideological and political education should take the people as an educational starting point and destination, meet the practical needs of people, respect, understand and love people, carry out educational activities in humane way to promote the all-round development of people. This thesis is divided into five parts:The first is introduction. The traditional ideological and political education lacks of humane solicitude, so General Secretary Hu Jintao brought forward the Guiding ideology on the ideological and political education at the report of the seventeenth Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. At last, the writer introduces the methods, innovation and research purpose of this thesis.The second part is about needs of humane solicitude in the ideological and political education during new periods. The ideological and political education can coordinate the society conflicts, to guide the value of human beings, to establish the correct outlook on life, to promote the social harmony, at last to improve people’s spiritual state.The third part is the theoretical basis of humane solicitude in the ideological and political education. There are humane thoughts in Chinese traditional Culture which values the importance of human and promotes high ethical. There are humane thoughts in Western Culture which Safeguards human rights and pursuits the individual freedom. Marxist theory meets the need of human being, to promote the overall development.The forth part is the content system of humane solicitude in the ideological and political education. If the ideological and political education wants to improve the attraction and the effect, it must respect the value of life, pay attention to the needs of people, enhance awareness of people and promote mental health.The fifth part is about principles and methods of humane solicitude in the ideological and political education. There are five principles and five methods combined. We should insist the principle of democratic equality, the principle of level discrepancy, the principle of interest, the principle of integration, and the principle of communication. The different method of education has different characters. In order to enhance the education effect, we should pay attention to use different method of education. We should use the method of the combination of solving ideological and political problem, the combination of invisible and visible education, the combination of setting an example and giving verbal directions, the combination of theoretical and practical education and the combination of rational and emotional education. If we can do these, we can realize the purpose of humane solicitude in the ideological and political education.The concept of humane solicitude in the ideological and political education is not only an inherent requirement of modernization in the ideological and political education, but also the objective needs of the development of the times. We must adhere to the guiding ideology.
