企业战略视角的学习型组织创建

【摘要】 一个企业从开创、成长到成熟乃至变革,在整个生命周期中,无论从企业的持续创新发展还是应对市场的竞争,企业的整体学习力对企业的战略制定和战略实施的综合能力的提高将起着重要的作用。本文从组织战略制定的过程开始,阐述学习型组织的创建对企业战略实施的作用;从学习型组织理论出发,分析组织对学习的客观依赖,人对组织环境的依赖,阐述人和有效团队在组织中的作用。本文以如家酒店集团的成功发展为例,阐述企业在每个阶段的战略决策和实施成功,从产品的定位和更新、组织结构的优化,服务标准的完善、标准化管理体系、企业信息化管理、人力资源开发和培养,到主导企业发展灵魂的企业文化的建立和提升,都依赖于对市场和客户的不断学习,依赖于企业组织成员的学习、分享和创新,为企业创造了更多的效益。本文阐明了在现代企业管理中,以人为本的管理核心理念应该将企业的战略制定和实施、学习型组织建立和企业文化的提升三者有机融合,才能真正建立企业的核心竞争力,推动企业的持续发展。

【Abstract】 From create to grow up to maturate and even to change, throughout the whole lifecycle of an enterprise, the whole learning capacity and the comprehensive competence plays an very important role in its strategy formulation and implementing, whether for its sustainable innovation development or its responding to market competition. This article begins from the process of organization strategy formulation, and elaborates the effect of learning organization establishing on enterprise strategy implementing; from the theory of learning organization, it analyses the organization’s objective dependence on learning, and the staff members’ dependence on the organization’s environment; and it also elaborates the roles of staff members and teams in the organization.The article gives a successful example of Homeinns & Hotels Group. It talks about the product positioning and updating, the organization structure optimizing, the service standard improving, the standardized management system developing, the informationalized enterprise managing, the human resources developing and fostering, and the enterprise culture building and improving which dominates the soul of an enterprise development to elaborate that in every phrase, the success of strategy formulation and implementing of an enterprise depends on continuously learning from markets and customers, and depends on learning, sharing and innovating of the members in the organization, which will bring more expected benefits and success to the enterprise.The article elaborates that, in the modern enterprise management, only when the people oriented management core concept organically merges together with the strategy formulation and implementing, the learning organization building and the enterprise culture improving, will the core-competitiveness of an enterprise really be set up and the sustainable development be promoted.
